Ordered the powder and then received it again a month after which I never ordered. Was told that I had signed up for a subscription which I hadn't. Had to mess around and cancel the subscription. After many emails to them requesting a return label sending to me so I can return the unwanted powder and get a refund

Love this company, so helpful and genuinely interested in your feedback on their products. I've tried a few of their products now and honestly say I love each one. The latest product I've tried is the no-rinse skin and coat foam and I love it! Does exactly as it says and smells lovely! 5* recommended

Scam avoid …
Bought one product … then the following month they steal £ £ from my bank !!!!
Signed up to subscribe ??? Really ?? when I definitely did not .. No email / notification or anything .
My dog weighs 2 kg , this one tub I bought will last till 2027 .. sadly does not work either .. Save your money, brush their teeth !!

Product ok but will tell everyone I know not to order as they Signed me up for a subscription without me knowing make it very difficult to cancel asking over and over if I want to cancel the subscription that I never agreed to they have a box already ticked to sign you up which is actually against the law

It's a scam.
When you buy a single purchase you will be entered into a subscription if you email to get a return address for unwanted products they try to sell you more products then refuse to give you the return address or offer refund. Would not recommend.

I was a little sceptical but, these pre, post and pro biotic treats have made a massive difference to Alfie. He is a lot happier in himself.

It’s a great product and works much better for my senior Retriever than other supplements.Reliable delivery….only negative would be a bit more notice of next delivery as the last one went into my junk folder Si I missed it and would have postponed it if I had realised it was due.But otherwise good service and I will continue to use it….also the water additive is more effective than others so I will be ordering it again.

It is so wrong that when you place your first order you are part of a subscription, without being asked or told! Customers need to be given the chance to opt out!
It is surely illegal to use my bank card without permission?!
This is not how to treat customers!
Oh yes and it is appalling to not follow up on emails when there is a problem!

Put my 2 cockers on this cannot believe the difference in them in a month, breath is lots better wonderful products

Great Product- my dogs breath is better and his teeth are much cleaner. Still a bit to go before perfectly clean but we’re getting there.

BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY
I cancelled my subscriptions of 2 products, after nutripaw sent the wrong iten (then denied it) I then made a one off purchase after receiving a discount code, and was automatically added to a subscription without my consent. The same products are available on ebay for a fraction of the price.

That’s one star more than nutripaw deserve.
This company is just another scam company.

We ordered a 2m worth of hip & joint treats back in January, in March we received another order which we didn’t expect. We decided because we’d unwittingly paid for it to accept it but cancelled any further orders straight away.

Here’s the scam
Turns out when you make an order you are automatically set up with a subscription you don’t want.
Now at the end of May we were sent another 2m supply which we rejected the delivery. We’ve now spent the best part of 2 days trying to make sure the subscription is cancelled only to receive another email saying our next delivery is in July.
We even have confirmation from Nutripaw confirming the cancellation.

So now you all can see what this company is really like you can make your own judgement.

Just be careful when make that first purchase. It just doesn’t go away.

Nutrí Paw dental powder has worked very well for my elderly French bulldog. Her breath was pretty bad before we tried this but it has made an amazing difference.

The only thing that has helped our dogs stinky breath!
