They do discolour and due to the design the trap water and bits in them when you dishwasher them
They can be be dishwasher but for the reasons above I wouldn’t bother
I could do with the option to by more cutting discs
As mine did not come with a grater but I’m sure if I contact customer services they will be able to advise
