Decline in quality of ingredients
Awful experience with this company. The quality of their citicoline product has clearly and significantly declined over this last 5 months. And not only were they unable to offer an explanation on it (or assure me that this was an isolated incident) but they were quite rude with their communication on the topic. Citicoline is a very pricey ingredient and I refuse to give them any more of my hard earned money for a less than quality product.

False claims about product
You sent product that tested well below the stated potency. We tested the product with 2 different test centers and your claims of potency are false. In trying to communicate with your team you have ignored my concerns. We want to return the product and get our money back

Hi Keith, really sorry to hear that, like we explained in our emails with your lab, they were using the wrong type to testing method, via HPLC vs UV. Please retest with UV as HPLC will give you a false reading as confirm by our third party labs. As for your concerns, this is the first time we are hearing about it, we haven't gotten any emails from you since we spoke to your lab about the testing methods and the discrepancies regarding the COAs on the 2 different batches.
