I too was charged before ever getting the chance to see what the total was. I cancelled within minutes of seeing the charge was pending in my Paypal account. My email went unanswered and the charge went through. This company is definitely set up to take your money without question or consequence. I am now disputing the charges. I had asked them for a refund and not to ship product. I guess we'll see if they listen to the second part.

Nubuu is a scam. It is ran by a den of thieves. Run, dont walk, away from doing any online transactions with this company. They will charge your cc or PayPal for items that you don't want. And trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Stay far far far away from NUUBU.

I was absolutely shocked at the dishonest practices of this company. I put in an order for ONE pack of foot patches priced at $28 plus $7 P&P. A total of $35. I paid via PayPal. Strangely, I didn't get a chance to review my order. Instead a series of pages came up offering other items. I clicked on the "No thanks" option and eventually closed the page after they kept coming one after the other. Within a minute I received TWO PayPal receipts. One for $60 and the other for $91, a total of $151, As soon as I saw that I cancelled my order. I also noticed that a n automatic monthly payment had been set up in PayPal without my authorization for the same amount which I cancelled immediately. I received an email the next day asking me to reconsider canceling by offering two ebooks, valued at $15 each. I insisted that I wanted to cancel the order. My request was ignored and a notification of dispatch was sent that evening. I emailed several times. Be very careful about dealing with this company.

Nuubu are like leeches even when you unsubcribe from their emails they ignore and bombard you with yet more useless products and raise a Ticket? What the hell for?
Just go away and never darken my doorsteps again.
I too suckered for the "Detox" foot patches and could not cancel even 30mins after placing the order. Just give you the run araound .

I had a very unhappy experience with these people however, after posting my experience here, they gave me a full refund and corrected the situation with much grace.

I used the nuubu Deep Cleansing Foot Pads for two weeks, I didn't benefit what so ever.
I had very sticky feet the morning after which needed washing every morning. The pads would on occasions have completely come off during the night.
I noticed the SN was dated 11/10/2021, I bought them in September 2022 . Nuubu claim that this is natural ingredients.
Does natural ingredients last a year in a patch ???
