I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying. I can not review the actual Nuve Callous remover because I have not received it. If you are expecting to receive your purchase within the 3 to 7 days as stated on their website then lower your expectations to 14 days or more. Even some of the positive reviews have mentioned about deliveries of 14 days or more and seemingly being lost. I have no problem with buying goods internationally but a certain amount accurate transparency is required to gain customers trust.
In short it seems the billing is done in Romania, the delivery logistics are done via a chinese company Yanwen which seems to involve Yodel at some stages and I surmise it might involve Royal Mail in the final stages. According to other reviews there is not a returns hub in the UK and the customer has to pay for the return, whatever the reason (e.g 100 day money back guarantee, faulty goods, lost or delayed deliveries).
When I made my purchase I was informed that it would be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and given a reference number. Initially everything seemed good I tracked my items progress via the tracking tab on the Nuve email. After 3 days it was still being shown as in transit and estimated delivery time was showing as 10 to 14 days. After another couple of days things had not progressed so I contacted Nuve to see if there was a problem. Their customer services were initially very professional and efficient in replying but it dried up when I questioned some aspects of their delivery details, refunds and returns. I was informed to try the tracking number via the Royal Mail website, it was not recognised and on further attempts it came back as status unknown. So I tried it on the Yodel website, not known, check if correct number. So I did see Yanwen mentioned in the Nuve tracking so I googled it. Yanwen is a large Chinese Logistics and marketing company and when I used the tracking reference on their website it was extremely informative. To date 06/12/25 it mentions " Yanwan Facility- Outbound" and "International shipment release-Export". From that information I had to surmise it had not left the country of origin, which I and other reviewers think was China. But when I asked Nuve customer services this they said it had not come directly from China. I did ask which country was the device manufactured in and where in the world was it being shipped from. To date they have not answered the questions. Not that it really matters where it has come from but it gives the customer a better idea of delivery time expectancy. To date I have not received a response or an update from Nuve so I contacted my Credit Card company for help.
In summary the Nuve Callous remover might be very good if and when it is delivered.

My order numbers are 168279 and 168351 and your uk return hub uk address is a private residence in Derby as stated in other reviews. But it does state on your website and reinforced by your staff that the customer has to pay for the return and is non refundable. You need to clarify this on your website if this is not the case.
I can sympathise with any retail company this busy time of year. But the reviews on Trustpilot that repeatedly mention it taking over 2 weeks to receive their orders were not in the Christmas period so it would seem to be a problem at any time of the year. I am sure all your staff are busy and as I stated earlier I found your customer services initially very professional and efficient. The problem is that you give a timeframe for delivery but realistically and logistically you can not honour it.
When I mention transparency, if you tell customers where you are based, where you are shipping from then they will probably be more sympathetic about any delays because you are shipping to customers around the world.

My feet feel so smooth and I haven’t admit it was soooo satisfying to see it all come off.

I honestly thought my order got lost, because it didn’t arrive for almost two weeks. I contacted support and they replied immediately 🙏📩 They processed a replacement right away and sent a new parcel without any issues.
But here’s the surprising part 😅📦
The day after the replacement was shipped, the original order suddenly arrived! I messaged them again asking how to return the replacement, and they told me I could keep it. That was truly unexpected and incredibly nice 🥹💛

My husband saw the ad for this product and my husband experiences hard skin on heels and elbows. He ordered one online and hasn't looked back. This really gently removes hard skin on heels, on elbows with no soreness after it. I have used it to see how it feels and it's comfortable to hold and really smooths out your skin where the skin has thickened. We have in the past used a well known brand in Australia which in our opinion we thought was doing okay but after trying Nuve, we will continue to use as we can see and feel the results. Just brillant in every way.

Only used the product twice! Tried to recharge and it wouldn’t charge! I emailed customer services for support NO REPLY! Out of desperation to want to use the product again, I purchased a new cable which wasn’t cheap to try and resolve it myself. That didn’t make any difference so must be a faulty unit but I can’t get any response for replacement! Really disappointed!

Faulty product. It worked and provided results I needed but now the product does not work after two uses. Red light flashes and does not charge. Sent email on 11/18/2025 to customer service as well. Spent over $50 dollars including for replacement heads. This is deceptive marketing and disappointing! I will not spend another dime just to return it. Also crappy return policy which plays into deceptive business practices. Most reputable companies pay for returns and provides refunds not tell customers to read return policies prior to purchase. I read this after the fact which pissed me off! Thanks Nuve for nothing!!!

I’ve done it all. Expensive pedicures. Callus removal. Podiatrist . Ruined countless pairs of socks with the moisturizers and Vaseline I slather onto my feet. Nothing worked until the Nuve.
