I'm early in the use of my Core 300 Nuvibody. Is it my imagination or is my skin already looking brighter! I also use it for my knee, which I'm told, now has arthritis. I see definite improvement on my knee pain. This is not a quick fix. It requires patience and discipline to use the unit as directed, several times a week. I believe it will be worth it!

I had to wait a couple of weeks to get the product, but I can understand it’s a small company. I have the sauna bed and I use it everyday. It takes some time to get to a warm temperature but once it’s works is very hot. I expected to sweat more but it could be just me.

My experience with Nuvibody has been largely positive so far. After I ordered the Red Light Therapy device, it was delivered well within the estimated delivery date. The device had been well packaged in a strong, sturdy box. Nuvibody are very informative and knowledgeable regarding the science behind Red Light Therapy. The 120 day return period is the most generous of all the Red Light Therapy device companies which shows that Nuvibody is very confident in the quality and durability of their products. I’ve used the product over a course of two weeks, and I noticed a positive improvement in my health and a gradual reduction in the symptoms of a medical condition that I have. I totally trust the science and technology regarding Red Light Therapy treatment.

The only small negative with my Nuvibody experience is that the eye protection patch that was supplied with the Red Light Therapy device is not really suitable to wear – the overall design was really an afterthought in my opinion. This is because it is too small in size, the Velcro strapping is weak and largely ineffective, and it is also not well shaped and deep enough to cover both eyeballs safely and comfortably. This is very important to ensure that both eyes are well protected from damage, particularly from near infrared light (the latter light (wavelength of 850nm) can damage the retina in the eyes). To solve this problem, I had to purchase suitable protective goggles from elsewhere.

Had a broken/faulty lamp show up which was very frustrating. Andre and the support staff was so helpful in helping me resolve the issue and in a very timely matter.

I've been looking for a solution for sore muscles after training. Unfortunately I don't have the space for a sauna cabin. After a bit of research, I recently purchased this infrared sauna blanket from Nuvibody. Worth a shot I guess! I've only used it a few times until now, but I'm pleased to say this product does the job. Uncomplicated to use, easy clean up, looks like good quality and easy to stow away afterwards It's a Top product that I'd highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I purchased the best panel available along with a stand. The stand was a pre-order, but they went ahead and shipped the panel via FedEx in the meantime.

I wasn’t aware they used FedEx, and unfortunately, I’ve only had bad experiences with them. To ensure the delivery went smoothly, I asked my mum to stay at my place—only for FedEx to change the delivery date and time… sigh. So, she had to stay another night. I never want to deal with them again.

I informed the company about my concerns and explained that in Switzerland, the only reliable postal service is SwissPost. Since I needed a different plug (as the one provided didn’t work in Switzerland), they sent me a Swiss-compatible one via SwissPost! It was such a relief to deal with a company that actually listens to its customers—I really appreciated that. It gives me confidence that this is a trustworthy company.

As for the panel—wow, the light is bright! I absolutely love it. I’m so glad I invested in quality. I believe in buying the best you can afford to avoid unnecessary repeat purchases, and this feels like the right choice. Time will tell, but so far, so good!

My nuvibody core 300 arrived and I used it twice already for 3mins my plan is to slowly build up time within few weeks. I feel comfortable with 3mins at the moment.
I did my research and I know it will help my health conditions and be beneficial to me.
Consistency and faith is the key.

Having seen the arte doc on the eye, i got interested in long wave red light. There is a lot of evidence, so I bought a nuvibody lamp. Using it every day. Loving it, makes a good mood and seems to improve mitochondrial metabolism👍

Fast delivery. Well protected packed. Device is surprisingly bigger. Price value, best I found in the last 3 years.

For the time being, nothing received. I placed the order two weeks ago and when it was said that the delivery would be the next day. I believe there should be better communication from the company regarding delays, etc.

My red light has healed my eczema so quickly! The customer service is excellent and personal- no automated emails. Cannot recommend to anyone enough who is considering red light.

Great customer service. 30 minutes after putting a complaint on here received a phone call with a promise to reimburse their mistake that would of cost me a 50 pound train ticket. Still not ideal about the delivery time being within three weeks and not their promised 1-2 days but at least they are trying to make it better.

I recently had a challenging situation with the return of a heavy stand I purchased from Helios Red Therapy. Despite the complications, their customer service was exceptional. They understood my situation and arranged for a pickup from the original delivery address, alleviating a lot of stress. Their responsiveness and willingness to make exceptions when necessary truly demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

As far as the Clinic Pro I purchased, I’m still testing it and will update at a later time

Ordered 18 days ago but still hasn’t arrived. No response from customer support. Unfortunately I would not order this again from Helios. I also paid £35 for delivery. Unacceptable.

Other then the issue with shipping, the customer support staff was really helpful and quick to respond. It is always good when you can chat with a real person over WhatsApp, then going trough the tedious AI powered chatbot.
