Long-running saga but essentially hot tub is only a year old. Leaks. Repaired. Still leaks. Inside all rusty now. "Condemned" by the repair man sent out! It's still sat here. Not been able to be used for 6 months now.

Civil matter between Nuvo and their supplier (The Farmhouse Living) but no refund or replacement for us in the meantime. Extremely poor all round.

Avoid if you don't want an expensive patio ornament!

BBQ was delayed from his supplier but he kept me informed and offered a discount to compensate and then kept me up to date with what was happening.
BBQ turned up safe and sound and looks great in the outdoor kitchen

As a landscaping business owner, I need to be very cautious when it comes to choosing a supplier, especially nowadays with the abundance of online suppliers. My regular suppliers and I have developed good relationships over the years, on a business level, as well as on a personal level. I couldn’t be happier to include Scott and the Nuvo family as one of our top, regular suppliers. Over the last 12 months or so, we’ve made half a dozen orders, ranging from an order of just under £2,000 to orders of £10,000 upwards. Nuvo haven’t failed once in providing a product that lives up to the promises and expectations that I give to my clients as part of their landscaping projects. Communication between Nuvo and I have been absolutely incredible and a breath of fresh air to be completely honest, especially in comparison with previous suppliers I’ve used. Estimated deliveries have been spot on as well. Not once have I had staff and myself sitting around waiting on a delivery. Simply put, I can’t recommend the Nuvo family highly enough!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Approachable,knowledgeable husband and wife team who know what they are doing and help you with making the right choices for yourself and your garden . The team they use for the work are brilliant and the whole experience has been painless and with a beautiful outcome. Highly recommend.

Scott is brilliant, the gardens he designs are ergonomic, creative and sleek, his experience and company reputation speaks for themselves.

Furniture is outstanding quality and even more outstanding pricing given the quality.

These gardens and the furniture in them is built to last.

Love our new pergola! Took a couple of hours to put up with two people. Scott very helpful & responded to queries very quickly when needed & delivery drivers very nice! Very happy we went with nuvo. Looking forward to ordering the sides.

We ordered a pergola from Nuvo, the customer service from Scott has been excellent from ordering to delivery. He kept me up to date via emails and texts when the stock was arriving and had updates on delivery. We are having our garden landscaped in a few weeks and I can not wait to see the pergola up when it’s finished. Will definitely be ordering some more things for the garden once it’s finished.

We ordered a new pergola from Nuvo and apart from the fact that the quality of the product is amazing, the customer service is the reason why I am writing a review (something I never normally do!)
Scott kept us upto date throughout.
He was very proactive texting to keep us in the loop as our item was on back order and even delivered the product himself. Nothing was to much trouble.

Been browsing a while for garden furniture on the website. I’m so glad I came across “Nuvo” (Nuvo was linked with “Lawn Stripes and Hedges” on instagram which I follow) I asked lots of questions before purchasing. And Scott was excellent in responding. Scott kept me updated with my delivery date/time and even delivered it himself. I’m delighted with my New Garden furniture and “Thank You” Scott for your help. ☺️

I went out to visit Nuvo Outdoor at their brand new showroom today and was very impressed! Lizzie and Scott's level of knowledge and customer service is second to none. If you are looking for high quality garden furniture and accessories then they are well worth a visit.

Their location is perfect, being between Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Evesham and parking is ample too. Highly recommended.
