There seem to have been a miscommunication but having spoken with one of the managers (Alonso), it was immediately resolved without hesitation and I am very happy with the service. I will in no doubt recommend Nuvo plumbing and heating to potential customers.

Nuvo Plumbing & Heating provided an excellent service. Alonzo responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and had everything booked in by the end of the day. The two engineers who fitted my new boiler arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and professional throughout. The admin team and engineers responded flexibly when the job was extended on the day. I am very satisfied with this job and would highly recommend Nuvo.

New Vaillant open vented boiler fitted and gas pipe upgraded. We were delighted with the service and value for money compared to other quotes we received. Alonso was very good to deal with and Adam who carried out the works did an excellent job and couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend nuvo plumbing and heating without hesitation and will be using them again in the future.

It was very easy to get someone within an hour of mine requesting their services on Novo Plumbing and at a very reasonable cost.
The team displayed professionalism right from the manager to the plumber who fixed the problem.

After several companies failed to solve the problem Nuvo sorted it. What more can I say? Great service. Will use them in the future. And they have an emergency service.

Great services, the Gas Engineer was prompt for his appoint & carried out all checks on our combie boiler & gas hob cooker which was for a landlord gas safety certificate.

Once all the checks were carried out we also received the Gas Safety cert within an our of the works carried out.

High recommended I will be definitively using again. Kevin

Nuvo were great to deal with, offered realistic advice and did an amazing job in fitting a new boiler for me. Richard, my engineer, was always on time, accommodating my need to leave the house early for work. My flat was always left as found and having fitted the boiler, which involved a fair amount of intrusive work to fit piping, left the flat spotless. Couldn't endorse the Richard and Alonso more.
