BEWARE, MLM SCAM
I purchased the digital pack to use the Trading app they have. Almost 2 weeks have gone by and the app has been "unavailable" most of the time or is under maintenance. I have reached out to their customer service to request a refund and have not received a resolution. They have a phone number losted on their website that doesn't work either.

I placed a bundle order with nvisionu…
I placed a bundle order with nvisionu for their health and wellness drink ALIVE. I returned 22 of my 24 bottles, the shot glasses that came with the order, as well as the water bottles as I didn’t feel any differences. All were unopened & I spent over $100 just to return all items as quickly and safely as possible. I was already pretty healthy & I am in the healthcare field so I pride myself on what I promote. That was a month ago that this whole exchange started with their “customer service department”. They’ve had my order safely returned for 3 weeks now and I keep getting the run around on my return. DEFINITE RED FLAG 🚩
I’m so tired of this and my patience is GONE with them. Just give me back my money so I can cut ties with them. I have been more than patient and more than reasonable yet no resolve. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. The customer service department should be just as diligent as the department that is withdrawing money every single day for all of these orders that are going out. How you take care of customers to get their order out should be done with the same due diligence as Rectifying orders. How do you close things out and take care of your customer is just as important and it’s not a good luck for the company. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. There is a bunch of “rah rah” and no action. They talk about finishing strong and yes, they finish strong when it comes to taking money out, but as I said above, you should finish JUST AS STRONG when returning the money the customer spent.
