I found Northwest Floors very helpful and knowledgeable, I am so pleased with the results and my new floor really is faultless. Would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Order some laminate flooring from Northwest Floors as I ran out near the end of my project and didn't want to order from the original suppliers due the poor condition the flooring arrived in and the poor communication issues.
I wanted two packs from NW however I wrongly ordered one pack and didn't realise immediately. I emailed the people at NW and they sorted my error out immediately and my order was delivered within days and without any damage issues. Some companies don't deserve people's hard earned money but these guys do!

Customer service has been second to none! Lee was very helpful over the phone and provided me with all info. Samples arrived on time and delivery of the floorboards was prompt. We went for Malmo and they seem very sturdy and highly recommended by Lee.

Placed an order and got an email stating that the fitting kit was out of stock so I opted for another one and then a couple of hours later my order was refunded. They stated that they didn't have the stock and then when I checked their site the price for my order would have been over £400 more. Seems a little coincidental that the price changed just when I placed a large order. Even if this isn't the case, which I doubt, this means they accept orders without doing a stock check meaning you waste a few days waiting for them to refund you.
