bought sample and did not receive it very poor show as im a floor layer and i will not use this company again ,i since found a company to supply my needs

Very impressed with the service from Northwest Floors. Competitive prices and quick despatch of Balterio laminate. The flooring was well packaged and dry. A mix up in despatch of the beading was quickly dealt with and the beading was received within 2 days of contacting NW Floors. Mistakes happen to us all but it how it's dealt with that matters and I found NW Floors extremely helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.

Fast efficient service. I have used both click and collect and delivery. No issues with either. Friendly staff and helped me load it in the car when I collected. Good value for for money products.👍🏻

Price wasn’t the cheapest however in stock actually meant in stock, unlike some other places, and it was actually delivered very quickly, a day earlier than expected!

After a lot of looking at wood flooring final found the one we wanted after a couple of days of putting in the order we where told that it was delayed for 8 to 10 weeks
Found Northwest floors on line as they advertised the floor we wanted
Spoke with Alex who checked and also couldn't get the flooring but said he could get the same colour from a different supplier
Arranged to go and look on the Saturday
The floor was what we wanted
The price he quoted was 20% cheaper and looked to be of better quality
He placed the order with his supplier and we collected it from him the following Saturday as promised
The floor looks perfect now it's laid
The next time we need flooring Northwest floors will be first point of call

Needed a flooring tile pack of a discontinued tile. NWFlooring had one left and discounted the price. Helpful, friendly service.

My new flooring is fabulous, I can't fault it, it looks lovely, sturdy, well-made and hard wearing, you get what you pay for.
The only disappointing part were the 4 hour late fitters, they did a great job when they arrived but I did have to ask for the flooring to go all the way under my kitchen appliance, not half way. We also had to dispose of the boxes and pieces of flooring left as apparently the company haven't got a licence to take it themselves. Apart from that I would certainly recommend as the flooring is lovely.

Fitters were on time and cleaned up after they had finished.

Ordered and paid £1.99 for sample weeks ago, chased them advising not received and nothing not even a reply, this is basically theft!

Absolutely disgusting aftercare service, we were advised on the phone to order the flooring early before we had a fitter so it sat in the garage for about 4 weeks.

When we came to fit the flooring there were damaged pieces, we rang up for some replacement pieces of flooring and were told that we couldn't get any as we had to check each individual piece of flooring on the day of the delivery!

Why advise a customer to order early, not tell them they have to check the delivery over the phone. Furthermore, Why would you expect a customer to check through 9 boxes of flooring inspecting each individual piece on the day it was delivered on a massive pallet!!

Hopefully you have a smooth transaction because if you don't you're absolutely screwed with this company.
