Good price and great customer service, however some of our Quick Step panels were bashed and rendered useless. Luckily we had bought more than we needed.

I can’t recommend this company enough
I can’t recommend this company enough. From the first meeting selecting our carpet, Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Installation was also great. We are so happy with the end product.

Excellent service, great choice and knowledgeable staff. Good prices, and had what I wanted in stock. And was informed that my other choices should I have wanted to order them would only be a couple of days to come into stock.

Very disappointed ,ordered and paid for…
Very disappointed ,ordered and paid for a sample never received it . Called to chase it up , Alex said that the sample was send but because I didn’t receive i got a refund.I was told that another sample will be send to me. Two weeks gone, no sample.. was trying to call twice but seems like my number was blocked or purposely ignored. I’ve emailed Alex again never got a response ! Very disappointed!! All I wanted is to buy a floor that I liked and wasted so much time waiting. Why can’t you just say that you don’t have that sample in stock instead of completely ignoring my calls and emails.

I'm really sorry the sample has still not arrived with you. I have mentioned we don't carry the sample of this product in stock. We have ordered this sample 3 times from our suppliers. We are still trying to establish where the samples are, this is why we refunded the sample cost back to you. We don't block or know the numbers coming into us, so we 100% wouldn't do that. I'm sorry that you didn't get a response to the email. At our work place we have had a covid outbreak and it meant we have struggled for the past two week to keep on top of this. Only yesterday on my return to work, I spoke with the supplier, who have promised me that two samples have been sent out to you but are sending a 3rd. I really hope you receive the sample in the next day or two and hopefully you will reconsider this review as we have genuinely tried to sort this for you.

Herringbone LVT flooring
Just purchased a herringbone floor from Alex at North west floors and he was excellent from start to finish. I had a rough idea what type of flooring I wanted and Alex helped us choose the perfect floor. Excellent service.
Joel fitted the floor for us, and to be honest after having an extension built and being fed up fo trades Joel did not fail to deliver for us and meet our needs. Joel was outstanding from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend firstly Alex and North West floors, and secondly Joel as a person and tradeaman.
