Just what I needed.
Reasonable pricing, short lead times, especially for the quantity I ordered was absolutely faultless. I ordered 72m sq from the quickstep creo collection with underlay and couldn't find anyway that could provide it cheaper, also due to the amount I ordered I expect a long lead time but was ready and delivered within 2 weeks and that was only because I chose my delivery date for when I was off.
Only negative I have relates to the delivery, I missed the line in the t's & c's that states they only deliver to the property not in the property. Totally on me as when I queried it they did point it out to me and its there. Maybe a quick mention at point or order for future would be beneficial.
As long as you are aware (read the small print) and don't mind, I would certainly recommend you using them. .

I was quite surprised at the lead times form more established high street/retail park providers, so I spoke to NW Floors. They gave me a short lead time and some advice and I ordered it on via the internet. The items arrived a couple of days later as promised. Friendly and efficient on the phone. The only thing I could suggest is for them to proactively confirm delivery date rather than me having to contact them.

Purchased my living room floor from here back in August 2021 and the choice in the showroom and online is unbelievable I was stuck on what to choose and go for. All top quality flooring and amazing staff in there.

Excellent service and communication. Almost 50SqM of flooring was with me within 48hours of ordering! Amazing.

We went to 3/4 other flooring suppliers in Manchester but decided to take the 40 minute trip to see Alex based on the reviews.

From the minute we walked in he came across as a genuine, down to earth guy. Give us some great advice on different options and even let us keep his sample boards for us to see what worked best for our apartment.

Sam the fitter was great and did an amazing job and the best thing was everything was paid for through NW Floors.

Literally wouldn’t use anyone one else now.

Service was very good and the carpet fitters were friendly however all rubbish was left in my garage and I am a woman living on my own and cannot move large and heavy amounts of cardboard rolls, off cuts of carpets and underlay .. this should have been removed by fitters to dispose of.. I would use again but ensure removal of waste

After providing a supplier (Not Northwest Floors I hasten to add) with my measurements on receiving and fitting the goods I found I was 4 boards short to finish the floor. On contacting them was told they could only supply an additional pack on the 10th jan and at what appeared an expensive charge, more disappointing not very helpful. As needed to have room completed for Christmas went onto website and contacted Northwest Floors, what a difference and fantastic response I found from their team. Even though I had spent over £600 with a different company nothing was too much trouble for them and they confirmed the goods would be available next day. I booked the stock on their website and found that ordering from Northwest floors saved me over £30 against the rate quoted by my original supplier. The next day received a call from Liam confirming they had the stock and that afternoon I had the required pack in my possession and completed the job. The service received from everyone at Northwest Floors was excellent keeping me informed through the process . I would certainly recommend anyone to use this company. Only disappointment for me is that I did not find them any sooner.

Needing my flooring to be delivered in a tight timescale and they delivered as promised. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with and gave great advice.

Excellent customer service. Called to order flooring, phone was busy they called back as soon as they had finished on the call. Chosen product was not in stock but suggested a similar product which was available ex stock allowing job to be completed before Christmas.

Can't fault the guys, spoke to them on the Wednesday, needed flooring for a big kitchen the following Monday. Spoke to a lad called Alex who was great.

Had it in stock, great price, delivered as they said they would. Called Alex just to check in on the Friday, makes a difference when a place is easy to speak to.

Will def use again!
