A fantastic team,
We recently knocked 4 rooms together at the back of our house, and after all the work, the concrete floor was not the best. Alex and the team at NorthWest floors took their time to make sure the floor was perfect before laying LVT. FANTASTIC JOB !

Excellent service and their fantastic fitter sorted my very uneven kitchen floor out to perfection nothing was too much trouble and the recommended vinyl looks great, have recommended them to friends who have since used them and who are also very satisfied. Thank you Alex.

We purchased the Egger Pro Kingsize 8mm Dark Rillington Oak Herringbone EPL012 Laminate Flooring. Apparently NW floors purchase from a third party so Egger will not help full stop. This floor is substandard and has such a fine layer it literally hoovers up! It is suppose to be guaranteed for 10 years in a commercial property or 20 in a home!! Having already paid a joiner to lift the floor and re do it with extras that we had only for it to do it again we have wasted so much money and time we are totally fed up. NW floors said you should have waited so an engineer can inspect etc. We have got to the point of total despair and don't have the energy to fight, however to save anyone else having this problem I suggest you walk away. We thought Egger was an upgrade from Howdens but this was a total mistake which we will regret forever!
