First of all the customer service from your colleague Jordan was amazing he went above and beyond with his customer service!
Secondly the delivery drivers were great and very professional and very helpful thanks to both Pete and Ernie too would highly recommend

Had my sofa made in my required measurements, material,colour even down to the cushion and details and when it arrived it was better than i imagined. The customer service was amazing from start to finish and was delivered when stated. Will be using them again and always recommend to my friends.

This 2 gentleman delivered my sofas to day and they have bent backwards to accommodate my needs plus the sofas wouldn’t get in from the front door so they had to carry it from the back which is such a small place ...
I must say my experience with this business it’s been top class from the day I walked in shop with the lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name ) that was so kind with my children till to day where my couch was delivered
And thanks to RAV aswell who was always checking up on progress

Customer service went above and beyond even replying on the ladies day off. Next working day problem solved. Would recommend and will be ordering again. Very professional through out, even the delivery was to a high standard and communicated well before and on the day of delivery.
