How do I give my results

Poor Customer Experience

The test arrived quickly and I thought this would be a successful procedure.
I have done the lateral flow test and it was negative.
The problems started when I went in search of the email they were to send to upload a photo of the test. It doesn't exist.
When I checked their site there is no upload link.
It would seem a very poor experience and in essence the service is not what I paid for. I cannot upload a test result.

Failed to provide Lateral Flow test. Ordered well in advance of return to UK, received reference number for Passenger Locator Form, however they never provided the actual test.

Will be seeking a refund.

Failed to deliver Day 2 test result

Booked and paid Day 2 test for return to UK. Never received link to upload test result photo. Had to call - on hold for a while. Email arrived when put on hold for a second time - they didn't even bother to tell me they were emailing it. So I hung up. Day 6 and no certificate of my Day 2 negative test result. They will not cope with Covid measures tightening again - people have to self-isolate longer because this NWP lot cannot get the results back on time. AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT AN EXTENDED SELF-ISOLATION PERIOD.

Have used them several times and were worthy of 5 stars. However it is not the same for our latest purchase of two LFTs. Supposed to be sent out 1st Class Royal Mail, however after one week had still not arrived. NWP did not respond when I completed their ‘contact us’ form. They did answer the phone promptly when called, however the call got cut off three times, (no-one was rude/nasty). Eventually, after a successful conversation, the lady arranged to send the kits out by courier. The phone call was Saturday, the kits were sent Monday and arrived Tuesday. Just need to see what NWP are like when it comes to the test results when submitted. It is a good job that I ordered them to arrive well in advance of going away, rather than purchasing them to arrive prior to when returned home. Maybe NWP are now overwhelmed by sales volumes following the COVID testing requirements changing from PCR to LFT. 🤷‍♂️

Breach of Consumer Rights Act

I have recently on November 7th 2021, purchased two lateral flow Day 2 tests for myself and my co-traveller from your website. The date of my arrival in the UK was November 8th. However I have never received the tests. In addition, I have been notified by the NHS Test and Trace service that someone on my flight had tested positive. As a result me and my co-traveller had to order PCR tests from the NHS.

I have made multiple attempts to contact you to request a refund, but regrettably the level of customer service has been quite disappointing. I submitted a written enquiry via your website portal last weekend, for which I have never received a response. In addition, I called your contact telephone number twice today. After explaining the situation to your call agents, they notified me that your policy is not to make refunds for cases of failing to deliver goods and they simply hang-up the phone.

I am therefore writing to you to formally request you for a full refund of the £36 I have incurred for the two lateral flow tests, as under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have failed to provide the goods as promised, this hence constituting a breach of my Consumer Rights. Given the time criticality of taking the Day 2 Test, a replacement of the goods (i.e. sending me now a replacement test kit) would be an unsuitable remedy and therefore I would like to request you for a full refund.

I am looking forward to hearing from you about the resolution of my complaint.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, I rang to speak to them and see where they register the results and ask who they used to register as it seemed a bit silly, me, doing a lateral flow test for £19.20, taking a photo of my result and them sending me confirmation of my result that I already knew.

The lady who answered the phone knew nothing and just kept repeating you must take a day 2 test with us.

I asked what I was paying for and is it the same as the free NHS lateral flow test.

Twice she hung up on me.

This system is absolutely flawed and I do not really understand why I am paying someone who could not answer any questions on who they were etc, just to send me a text to say what I already knew as I had done the test.....!!!!

Can I give less stars??

Absolutely disgusted with this company.
Wish I had read the reviews before buying my kit with them.
I got 3 PCR fit to fly tests that were posted back on a Friday at 7AM.
My flight is today (Monday).
I got 1 result back on Saturday and the others did not arrive.
Called them, they blamed Royal Mail as usual. Said nothing they can do.
Now I risk losing my flight because of this SCAM company. Will need to look for a last minute test as we can't trust them to deliver the results on time for our flight.
SUPER rude staff on the phone as well, lady kept saying there was nothing they could do as it was Royal Mail's fault and they would not give a refund and then hung up the phone to my face.
Absolutely disgusted!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE - RIP-OFF - DO NOT USE

Absolutely disgusting service they ripped off a mother and a daughter aged 11 they ordered a PCR test £40 to fly to Malta the kit was done and sent back and they claimed they did not receive the sample and blamed Royal Mail , as a result the mother had to buy another PCR test on the day of flying which cost £150. We called and emailed and they blamed the Royal-mail.

Once in Malta they ordered the lateral flow test and a fit to fly test and 3 lateral flow test (we were all flying back together family of 3). we made a mistake with the fit to fly we phoned them up asked them to swap they refused, slammed the phone down not once but twice. They also advised us that the 11-year-old needed lateral flow test to fly back to UK only to find out later, she did not need one as she was travelling with vaccinated parents. DISGUSTING in total everything cost £240 because of NWP.

The govt needs to remove them from the list ASAP.

Posted my partners sample back in August 2021 still waiting for the results, it’s now October.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID!

Received a positive day 2 test - follow up tests came back negative - fully vaccinated and no symptoms. At the same time Royal mail tracking number says that the package is in transit and then changed to delivered as 9 hours after the test result was generated. So basically they did a test on a sample that was not yet delivered according to Royal Mail - their explanation "ignore all Royal Mail tracking information and time stamps - completely inaccurate" I wonder whether Royal mail will concur with that statement. Furthermore customer representative was extremely rude and would not let me speak and hear my concerns, kept interrupting and at the end put the phone down on me and refused to put me through to a manager or supervisor. Also my wife test who came up as negative again was showing as being in transit and then delivered nearly 18 hours later from the test being generated.... Also a colleague of mine used them too and he is still waiting for his results 2 weeks later although his RM tracking info stated that the package was delivered... Do they really test ?! UPDATE- PCR test taken next day - negative - surprises? No!

Useless

Useless. My wife and I posted our tests off at the same time in the same post box. She received her results next day. I still have t got mine. This resulted in me missing my flight and my wife’s result becoming useless as it is now outside the time window for travel. They say it is my fault even though they provide the return packaging with printed tracking label. We now have to pay for two more tests and more flights etc. Staff very rude on the phone and unhelpful. Disgraceful company. Do not use them. 69% bad rating speaks for itself. I wish I’d looked on here before.

The NWP is a scam

The NWP is a scam, I’ve paid £40 for CPR test, received the test I’ve done it all sent back , never got results back !! If you’re flying out of UK PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Not worth the hassle!

scandalous rip off

Although I received the tests and completed them I never got the results ,they were not passed to track and trace and the post office tracking system was pointless.
All attempts at an explanation have failed.
This company is basically selling a reference number which you need to return to England.

Day 2 tests ordered, one test result received which was a false postive (a PCR test taken locally with showing negative result, second test we still haven’t had a result for), no answer on telephone, no response from emails. I did use this firm earlier in year with no problem but now terrible experience. Had to pull children out of school for precautionary PCR test due to turned out to be a false test result from my day 2 test). Think they have made so much money no longer operating the firm correctly. The company operate a no refund policy.

Great experience

Ordered 2 test kits (Day 2 for both me and my girlfriend), both arrived on time even though I ordered them just a day before our trip back to the UK.
We’ve received the test results in <48 hours as well.
Everything went smoothly, can highly recommend this place. I’ve had a worse experience with some of the more expensive test companies.

Terrible service do not book with them

Terrible service do not book with them. I haven’t received my test despite ordering it on Tuesday and it is supposed to be a 24 hour dispatch. They are refusing to offer a refund even though I have no received the product.

Test results never arrived. Why do we need to pay so much money for some tests results that nobody checks? Tried to contact them calling them and through email, no answer. I threw my money in the bin. Don't buy it.
