So far a very poor experience.
I created my account back in November, avid user of other cash back sites so this looked good.
Signed up, claimed my bonus straight away and then went on to earn a decent amount with the run up to Christmas.
About 2 weeks in to having my account, it was terminated (December 3rd) for ‘vetting checks’. They requested ID, address proof, bank proof etc. I sent all of this and heard nothing until December 10th where they agreed everything was fine and reactivated my account.
I have logged back since it’s been reactivated and all my earned cashback has completely disappeared. I’ve emailed a few times to request they reinstate it, but I’ve not heard back from them in close to two weeks.
Really poor experience so far, poor customer service and when you do actually earn cash back, it goes into the black hole.
Update: I have provided my membership number as requested.
Update: How can cashback earned through clicking a link online be refused for not having a receipt?
Users can now see how difficult dealing with you is, still no email response to my queries. Good to see you can reply here though.

A year with NX rewards and it has been fantastic for me. I hope this service continues. A very rare rating of 5-star on Trustpilot from me.
Unfortunately, I have to edit the review. NX rewards is removing the gift card incentive and major retailers like eBay, Argos, other travel websites have also been removed. I am finding it hard to justify why I should be using them now. I will likely be cancelling it this year.

They randomly cancelled my account because I'd had an account in the past and they refused to pay me the £100+ of cashback I'd accrued.

Our records show that you have multiple accounts created in our programme; under our terms and conditions, a cancelling member may not re-enroll in our programme for at least six (6) months after cancellation of any previous membership- should any additional memberships be detected during these six months by way of name and/or address, email, payment details, and/or bank account/IBAN. In that case, your account has been automatically cancelled, and any accrued benefits will be forfeited.
This is a scam
This is a scam. I have booked a coach at national Express in October, and somehow I've been signed up to this national express rewards scheme that has taken £18 each time out of my account on October and November. This is very disappointing from national express, and seems very shady. I have had a look back through my emails and I didnt even get a welcome email or pack, which you would normally expect if you signed up for something. Im straight on the phone to my bank now to do a chargeback.
