I went to the location for the first massage, and the location was not clean. The beds were worn and in bad condition. But the masseuse Francisca was kind, and the massage was nice. She was responsive when I asked her to change the pressure and focus on certain painful areas. So I thought I would be fine to come back that therapist, and was told if I wrote her name on my booking then I could book her. But, when I booked the second massage, things changed for the worse. I got a different massage therapist. I asked her not to work on my legs, and instead focus on certain areas. She insisted that if she did the massage she would work on the entire body, regardless of my wishes. I felt so uncomfortable that I wouldn't go through with the massage. It can't be ethical that a massage therapist will refuse to not touch certain areas of your body if you have asked them not to. So I cancelled at that moment to rebook with Francisca, and was told by the owner I would have to pay a late rebooking fee of 120kr which I paid to them.

Then I rebooked the session for 10/1, and the very late on the night before the owner wrote to me that it would be same therapist that I had argued with and not the masseur as I requested. I asked her to confirm it was that masseur that I'd felt uncomfortable with and she did. I didn't go to the appointment because I was not comfortable. I asked the owner not to book me with that masseur anymore, but she said that was not an option. That I could not choose my masseur unless I paid more money.

I will not go back to this spa again, and I think you all should reconsider working with them.

Massage room was nice and clean. And the masseuse was very skilled. I had a very pleasant experience. Both price and service are recommendable.

The place was very dirty, and the 60 Minutes massage was only done while lying on the stomach, so no massage on the front side of the body. And no head and face massage.
It was really the worst massage I have ever gotten.
And the leather covering of the massage bed was torn and so dirty.
I don’t understand how they get any good reviews.
Everything was just bad.

I was at the Valby clinic, my therapist was Andrea. She was very sweet and the massage itself was great. I got full 60 minutes. Definitely a great experience.

The massage was relaxing, and also released some of my tensions, and I got my full 60 mins. Eli was very attentive and was good at asking me throughout whether I was comfortable and whether the pressure was alright. The clinic is in the basement, which was a bit difficult to find, but it was clean and comfortable.

I tried 1 hr pregnant massage at nørreport branch, my therapist was Andrea. She was profesional with the massage and they provide special pillow for pregnant. Nothing fancy about the place, so dont expect 5 star experience, but the poin was the massage and it was really pleasant. The price (from tilbud i byen) is affordable. I will come back.

I just discovered the massage clinic from Valby and there i've had an amazing massage experience with Beya, one of the best masseour I've met. She's really good at what she's doing with your body and she knows how to explain to you your problems. Totally recommend her and the clinic. 💆‍♀️

Recently I went in the Nylivspa clinic from Valby and there I meet Beya who gave me the best massage I've had it in years. I explained to her what are my main problems and she understand what I want and really tried to stay focused on my main areas with problems. She is a kind and friendly person and act professional with everyone. I totally recommend her to anyone.

The best massage in town. I have the most amazing experience at the Nylivspa every time I go there. The staff is really really friendly and professional and they know how to treat you good and how to customize the massage regarding your personal problems. I have some favourites masseours but the most amazing experience I've had with Roxana. She is a sweet girl and a truly professional person. I recommend this clinic to everyone who wants to have a great massage for the best and reasonable price.

Booked 1 hour massage and went to their clinic in Nørreport. After waiting 15min. The maasor came and informed me that my booking wasn't in her calander.

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This place is strange and unprofessional. Their website is completely misleading, this place is like messy student’s apartment. Pre-natal massage booked for me 800dkk by my husband as birthday gift, I walk into a what looked like a messy student apartment and a teenage boy in jeans and sneakers says he will be massaging my 7month pregnant body. Absolutely not. walked straight out of that place.

Really bad. Bought 1 hour massage, only got about 45 minutes. The massage is also very bad, I just felt uncomfortable after the so-called massage I've got.

Great atmosphere, really good and strong hands ! The girl focused on the parts where I have pain and I was feeling better after, she was also guiding me through the massage, how to relax and to breath ! They have cheap prices and good offers! I totally recommend! 👍🤩

I got a massage at NyLivSpa and it was really good. The staff was really great and nice, and they made me feel really comfortable. Even though I had an offer from Wellness Tilbud and they, unfortunately, do not take those coupons anymore, I paid for the message and I do not regret it. I will definitely go there again!

So we had an appointment for a massage with a voucher today and you just informed us (on the same day!!!) that vouchers are not valid anymore! So unprofessional! Never again with you!
