J'ai commencé à jouer fin septembre, j'ai eu un bonus de 50 euros à l'inscription donc bon, j'ai tenté le truc. Au début ça roulait, j'ai réussi à atteindre les conditions de mise en une semaine environ, pas trop galère. Ensuite j'ai demandé un retrait de 120 euros début octobre, et là ça devient chelou. Ils me demandent la vérification d'identité, ok je comprends, j'envoie ma pièce d'identité et un justificatif de domicile. Une semaine après, ils disent qu'il y a un problème avec ma photo, trop petite apparemment. Je renvoie, et puis deux jours après c'est mon relevé bancaire qui fait pas l'affaire, il faut un document "plus récent". C'est parti pour ça depuis le 7 octobre, on est à deux semaines maintenant, mon retrait est toujours en attente et j'arrive pas à avoir une réponse claire du support, ils me disent juste "nous vérifions" à chaque fois. Du coup j'ai perdu patience et j'ai plus joué dessus.
