Working in a large company in a rural location means access to parts or tools can be difficult at times. I'm very happy with the alternative avenue Element 14 offers to source these items..

Meeting my expectations every time
In many cases I can order parts in the afternoon and have them on my doorstep the following morning. Parts coming from further afield can take a few days, but typically arrive before the estimated delivery time. Component prices reflect this level of service to some degree, but in my opinion value for money is reasonably good. I don't recall ever seeing an error or omission in an order.

Communication = Great!
Every time I use the website to place an order, I find it very straight forward and user-friendly. I like the fact you can tell at a glance how many units are available globally, as well as for next day delivery, which lets you know if your parcel will arrive next day, in 6-7 days, or both! I also like the speed of delivery, with most things I order arriving next day - avoids costly delays due to slow delivery of materials. Element14 are my 'go-to' company for all electronic components.

fast, reliable and price OK.
I do multiple orders to Element14 every week. They are my first choice as usually they have what I want, I can get parts overnight reliably, and the price is OK. The local rep is also keen to help if its outside of my normal online orders.

Getting it wrong is not as important as putting it right
The product was faulty, but getting it replaced was very easy and efficient. I rang one afternoon and received the replacement by courier next morning. Now, that is service!!
