Ordered a self-cleaning deshedding brush here for my dog since her undercoat gets matted fast and our old brush barely skimmed the surface. The retractable button that pushes loose fur off the stainless steel pins in one press is honestly the best part, no picking clumps out by hand afterward. Ergonomic handle has a rubber grip so it doesn't slip even when my hand's a bit damp from her bath. Teeth reach right down to the undercoat without scratching her skin, which was my biggest worry trying a new brush. Noticeably less fur ending up on the floor and furniture after just the first proper brushing. Delivery within New Zealand took about four days. Packaging was simple but nothing arrived bent or damaged.

Good pet products that are all good for all animals. They cause no reactions which is very important. And very friendly staff who communicates really well.

For the short time I was in New Zealand for a vacation this store was my remedy for pet supplies. She's a little sensitive but I'm glad she didn't get any reactions from their suplies. Definitely the best.
