Like some of other customer reviews received the product (shoes) and sizing completely incorrect when comparing to a supposedly same size shoe. Asked for refund and was offered 10%. Managed to get it up to 30% but still waiting for refund from September. Keep chasing but get told to be patient! Do not use this company

I am currently disgusted by this company. In August I bought a dress on line; it never arrived. I complained and was told it was out of stock and that the £25 would be returned to my credit card account within 5 days .
Here we are in November 3 months later and nothing has been returned to my account. I will never shop with them again.

Don't touch this website it's a SCAM they take your money quick enough but get nothing.

Ordered 2 dresses. Same size. Same style. Different colours. Both dresses arrived with size labels sewn inside showing X-Large. Green dress ok. Red dress is HUGE. Wrote asking for refund. Offered 10%! Refused and wrote back asking for full refund for the oversized dress. Another offer of 15% refund offered. Absolutely disgusting. Sent photos to back up the problem with the sizing. Red dress is almost half as big again. It is plain to see the item is faulty. This should qualify for a no quibble refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Product was grim quality. Returns “Guarantee” is a complete fiction. Do not bother trying to return product and waste more money. They are liars. Been promising a refund for months and received nothing. SHH

poor quality nasty nylon dress, it does not look like or fall like in the video ad - sizing suspect too but reading how awful the company are it's not worth returning anything

I ordered a dress from this company and when it arrived it was very poor quality. I asked for a returns label and they said it was very difficult to do this and I could keep the dress and accept a 20% refund and sell the dress on one of the many buying and selling sites online! I refused and after a further 3 emails they offered me 70%. I am still negotiating! Beware of this company. Oahumaz

I ordered 2 of the dresses which were advertised on Facebook on 10th September. As soon as I'd placed the order, at least 3 adverts came up under different names showing the same items!! At that point I read reviews and accepted the fact that I'd lost likely waved goodbye to my money. What should arrive this afternoon (23rd) than one of the dresses!! Haven't tried it on yet, but it looks absolutely fine and hopefully the other one will now follow.

I only wish that I had read these reviews before I had ordered from them.
I have had every negative experience that has been said by other reviewers already!
They are crooks! The worst company that I have had the bad luck to deal with.
They do not care about their awful ‘customer service’ their dreadful products or how much money they scam from us.
Please do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company.
If you do, the chances are that you will regret it and be as angry as me and everyone else who has lost their hard earned money!

Cheap rubbish!! offered a full refund on the website which is a lie, steer well clear of this company

This company is the biggest joke around. ordered 5 shirts sixing is awful quality is shocking can tell its come out of a cheap nasty factory. there website offers free returns considering ordered almost £100 worth of goods would think it would be free but anyway. after asking for a return label and being told they don't offer this and sending them there own terms and conditions (morons) still refusing. they offered me a partial refund 5 times up to 35% bare in mind the cost of goods they thought this was sufficient. I refused every time getting blunter with replies obviously cant take a hint. After returning the goods at my own cost after waiting weeks for the address, they confirmed receipt of the goods and promised refund within 5-7 days. still nothing been received constantly asking them for refund they have said you have to wait your turn due to high number of returns obviously because there products are so poor. then told me there finance system is broke. now no reply i have reported them to the bank as a scam and requested a refund that way do not order from them and report them so no one else uses this joke of a company.

Ordered 2 dresses in same size, 1 two sizes smaller than the other, their response was to suggest giving it to somebody and 15% refund, after refusing that they came back and said I was lucky and offered 30%!
Gave 1 star as the dress that fits is actually very nice.

Ordered 2 pairs of size 12UK shoes, after 2 weeks wait i emailed to cancel order. They responded apologizing and convinced me my order was on its way. The shoes arrived but they are either size 7 or 8 though the label on the sole says 46. I emailed complaining and asking for return label but haven't had a response a month on.
Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in future.

If I could score 0 I would. Took payment twice for a dress. Don’t send out return slips even though they advertise it. Off feed compensation if 15% and a full refund. Since have read a number of comments on here . STAY CLEAR !

Very poor people never use them got a size 4 from them more like a 5 didn’t get a full refund they wasn’t interested they said they would give me 15% back then I complained then they said 35% I complained then the offered me 50% which I excepted as I would of seen no money waiting to be refunded 50% watch this space if I get it everybody stay clear waiting to contact trading standards

Terrible company. Do not trust them. Stay away. Not had my refund for two months, keep promising but do not give refunds promised. Rip off company

I order my wife some shoes, nothing arrived I contacted them, they sent me a photo with my address on and said 3-5 days, still nothing, then i go to reply to their message and it could not be delivered.

I placed order and was delivered. They even responded to my email when the order hasn’t arrived and gave the estimate time for delivery. Good work.

Shame there’s not a zero stars option. This company is actually Diso Technology Co (Shenzen) Ltd and trades under a multitude of brand names. On their website they offer “100% Money back guarantee - 30 day returns”. That is a lie! They will not refund but offer a discount for you to keep the product as “returns are troublesome”. I bought a pair of shoes - supposed to be size 9 UK but were actually a 7 or 8 - so would not fit me. They started with a 20 % discount, which I rejected, then 35% and finally 60% which I accepted as I was fed up with the process and did not believe they would ever honour their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. Emails - clearly not written by and English speaker were from Ruby, then Freya ( who writes Trustpilot reviews) and Lisa. Obviously Chinese with fake European sounding names. Shame on PayPal as well for trading with such a devious company. BTW I did at least get my 60% refund quickly via PayPal. Would never buy from any Diso company again.

Bought two pairs as UK10, arrived after 2 weeks, looked great, one problem, sizing! Shoes had 44 on them and UK 10 is 45. In length about 2.5cm shorter the UK Nike shoe. Seller not dealing with reported size issue and says will offer 20% refund, then 30% then 50% but keep shoes! Just want Seller to address size issue!
