We’re a long time loyalty member
We’re a long time loyalty member. Each time we park the shuttle is immediately available. On return the driver delivers our baggage by the car. Even scraped snow and ice off once!

Things went like clockwork except my early 4:30 a.m. valet parking car drop-off meant the valet driver was fuzzy and forgot to record my reservation number, leading to a HUGE bill for my stay. One call to OhPark when I saw my receipt and things were fixed to reflect my quoted rate. So, I'm a happy camper, but it really pays to watch your receipt to be sure you are charged the rate you thought you should be. - jeri
