We've never parked off the airport before however this process was very easy. You pick a parking spot and by the time you get out of your car the shuttle is waiting for you. Our shuttle driver loaded and unloaded our bags for us. He was very friendly. Price is pretty good too, we had a coupon

Love the Park & Go service
Love the Park & Go service. The bus was waiting when I arrived and quickly took me to my departure door. Upon return, there was a short wait for the bus but the driver loaded my bags and even helped me transfer my bags from the bus to my van. Best of all, I was able to use my accumulated points for the fee so it was free! Can't get better than that!

Great place to park at CMH. The bus was on time, not crowded and we quickly found our car. Of course if you love the Buckeyes, the name is easy to remember... O. H!

A good Experience
Parked with them for 10 days. Had points that covered 7 days of my fee and they prorated the weekly rate for the last 3 days. A very good deal (used the VanGo service).

this is the best long term parking…
this is the best long term parking hands down!! valet service was very top notch!! only negative is the area where you get on the shuttle at the airport. but that's not their fault. will use them again!!

Cigarette Smoke Smell
Everything great when I parked/took shuttle to airport.
At pickup, however, the shuttle van absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. After traveling all day, it was the last thing I needed. I could still smell the smoke on my clothing/hair when I got into my own car and when I got home.

Everything is great but the pickup…
Everything is great but the pickup buses seem to take longer than ever almost every time I use the service. I think it has to do with picking up self parkers but not sure of course.
