Great place to park n fly but upon arrival at the parking lot, I always tend to have issues at the exit gate scanner. I hope the exit scanner issues get resolved because it seems to be the only downside.

Excellent as always. From the fast pickup times on both ends of the trip to the sanitized vehicles everything was the best it could be.

I like the fact my car was in a fenced in lot & protected 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. The dally price was reasonable. Their shuttle takes you right to the check-in when leaving to fly out-of-town. You call them when you get back & their shuttle picks you up & drops you off by your car. I will certainly use them again when I fly out-of-town.

Loved the ease of booking online. There was no wait being picked up going to or coming back from the airport. Very friendly drivers and reasonable fees

This is the 2nd time we have used this parking. We had a little bit of a wait when we arrived back but no big deal. We will most definitely use your lot whenever we fly out of Columbus and refer you to friends and family

I laid the parking ticket on the dash of the car and the sun faded the barcode. The barcode reader could not read. Rudy finely worked it out for us.

We love OH and everything about them !! Cars always safe used them for years !!

This was such a great place to park and for such a great price. We forgot our car seat once we were already at the airport and they hurried back to pick us up to get it and took us right back to the airport! They were very prompt about everything and the site your car sits at is secure!

Drop off was easy. Shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your vehicle in the lot. Professional and courteous driver for both drop off and pick up. Did not wait long either time and price was reasonable.

Waited for 25 minutes for the shuttle bus. There were issues for people leaving the self park area and no one on site to assist. This caused a backup of about 10 cars and it took another 25 minutes to exit. Shuttle bus was beyond capacity. Pre-teen kids had to sit on parents laps. No social distancing on the bus! I am a long time customer that uses the valet services. I am usually very happy and give "5s". Yesterday's experience was just poor and hopefully just an exception. A bit of advice... as we reopen the economy do not take shortcuts on customer service.
