High quality solid oak. Impressed.
Was a bit wary about buying online but we were very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the bedroom furniture we ordered. We opted for the drawers to be painted cream and they are perfect. My husband wanted solid oak, nothing flimsy and definitely not MDF. These are amazing at a good price too. We had visited another big furniture store and were shocked at what was on offer. But these are real solid, high quality pieces. Very impressed.

Third time ordering furniture from Oak & More the quality is better than I expected. Arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Delivery drivers put each item in the correct room. Fair prices too given the quality and workmanship. The 5% discount wasn’t applied even with a code and the only downside is I am being bombarded with promotional emails which is annoying. That’s the only 2 niggles other than that I highly recommend Oak & More. Excellent customer service one actually spoke to a human being which is a rarity these days.

I ordered a Harrogate cabinet
I ordered a Harrogate cabinet. One of the doors was damaged. Almost certainly not caused in delivery. Also one of the top inlay panels was not aligned correctly. The company were absolutely fabulous. Quick response and I was offered next day delivery for a replacement.
The delivery company were also excellent, as my house is not the most accessible.
Yes it was additional hassle, but I would buy from them again, as incredibly customer focused.
There furniture itself is solid, and as they claim, there appears to be no veneer, hardboard or chipboard. Whether its genuine oak I can't say, but excellent for the price

Solid Oak Small Sideboard
Although I was originally disappointed my concerns were addressed, I was made to jump through hoops to get a replacement sideboard which I’m happy. They price reduced by £70 which I was refunded. Very disappointing.
