Home office desk
The ordering was straight forward, the delivery was on time and the delivery guys were helpful and polite. The only issue was that the drawer under the desk means that the chair has to be set very low and is therefore less comfortable for prolonged working.

Furniture and delivery was fantastic
Furniture and delivery was fantastic. I know the furniture has to be protected but I was dismayed at the amount of polystyrene used I did manage to pass some on to someone who was moving house and all the cardboard went to a NO DIG farmer but I wonder how much I paid for all the packaging

Good quality product
Ordered the drawers and they arrived within 5 days. All communications were prompt and clear and the drawers are very good quality. Generalluy drawers can be a bit wobbly and naff in their construction, however the Oak&More drawers are great. Solid wood for all the parts and really good quality and finish. All the wood on wood moving parts are waxed and the packaging was superb. It can be hit and miss buying furniture unseen online, but definitely and hit this time. Thanks for a great product

Couldn’t fault this company. The oak furniture is excellent and came very well packed. Service throughout was great. The company that delivered our furniture were great, very reasonable and two delivery men were very careful taking furniture into house. We were amazed that delivery to a Scottish island was not overcharged as that is usually what happens!!

Excellent Quality Furniture
Fantastic high quality solid oak furniture! Really impressed with how solid and beautifully crafted this furniture is, i ordered the rustic oak range double bed and matching side tables. I am an avid Cotswold company fan for any large furniture items needed so i was a little skeptical on this one but pleasantly suprised the quality is as good if not better and most importantly they have it in stock rather than waiting for 15+ weeks from cotswold co! Also slightly cheaper than cotswold so i saved a couple hundred aswell :)
Ordered online was quick and easy, delivery was 2 days later ..fantastic!! i was given a 3 hour window the day before and the delivery guys called me 1hr before arriving, they delivered up to my bedroom with no hassle at all they did a great job as the boxes are super heavy! i would recommend the rubbish removal service actually i didnt opt for this and so much rubbish to try and get rid of! but overall highly recommend this company - excellent quality, solid & well made furniture worth the price tag aswell - you get what you pay for in terms of quality. shop with confidence these guys give Cotswold Co a run for their money for sure, will defo buy more items from them in the future.

There are fake reviews and stars - do not buy- very cheap qulaity- do not pay extra for insurance or warranty
There are fake reviews and stars. I Repeat these are fake. They gives you very very bad quality and our sofa start sinking even less then in 4 months and I had paid extra for warranty and what they did send a technician and he saw and said Sofas are like this… they suppose to go down… Like seriously. They even don’t admit that and do nothing. Its a scam company. Please do not buy from here spend your money somewhere else. And also sofa quality was so so bad. I feel that when i received the sofa because of sofa’s weight. Literally you spend thousands of pounds and when you try to sit down sofa move like a big giant sofa move when you try to even sit. Please do not buy sofas from here. And specifically do not pay extra for insurance or warranty, they will do nothing !

We are very disappointed to read this review, as it contains several factually incorrect and defamatory statements that do not reflect the reality of this case.
You reported a concern with your sofa, and in full accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we arranged for an inspection by Emmiera, an independent and fully impartial company. Emmiera has no contractual obligation to us or to any customer, and their assessments are completely unbiased.
The technician confirmed that the cushions are exactly as they should be, with no manufacturing fault, as they perform the same across both your sofas. Due to your disagreement with the outcome, the findings were then escalated to a senior technician, who also confirmed the same conclusion. Because both independent assessments found no fault, we advised you that if you still disagreed, you were welcome to obtain your own independent report. If that report identified a manufacturing defect, we would revisit the matter immediately. To date, no such report has been provided.
The additional warranty you purchased is an accidental damage insurance policy provided by a third‑party company. It does not apply to manufacturing concerns and therefore has no relevance to this case. Despite this, we have still been proactive and fair in trying to assist you.
Our Customer Service Manager has spoken with you directly, explained the findings, and offered further options beyond what we are obligated to provide as a retailer, purely because of how much we value customer service.
Your statements claiming “fake reviews,” "fake stars", “scam company,” and “bad quality” are 100% untrue, misleading, and defamatory. All of our reviews are from genuine customer's, where you will even see the "verified" status next to these reviews. We are also a paying member of TrustPilot, which independently confirms our status as a legitimate and verified business. We do not create, buy, or manipulate reviews under any circumstances.
It is clear that this review was written out of frustration after not receiving the outcome you hoped for, but it contains false and harmful claims. We respectfully request that it be removed, as it does not reflect the facts of the case and is misleading to other customers.
We remain fully willing to assist you if you choose to provide an independent report or engage with us constructively.

We bought 2 sofas and a Table and 2 chairs.
Delivery Agents will deliver to room of your choice however these items are so well packaged in cardboard boxes and styrofoam that they finish up huge so barely able to get in door let alone into room required.
Deliery guys said that if we opened and unpacked the furniture they were unable to help move it into our room.
So be aware .

I have purchased dining furniture and…
I have purchased dining furniture and had it delivered on Thursday 14th may but unfortunately when it arrived I had ordered the wrong item. Delivery men were very helpful and very efficient at unpacking and taking the packaging back . I reordered on Friday and had the right goods delivered yesterday Monday 18th may 2026 . We couldn’t be happier the furniture is beautifully crafted and very solid and sturdy. Thankyou to Matt who helped with my reorder and making sure everything went smoothly and to the delivery drivers who not only delivered the furniture but then also repackaged and took the other back what a great service and business oak and more are. Would really highly recommend them. Thankyou to the whole team

Beautiful item but Please change your delivery team
Sofa absolutely stunning. Beautiful material and super comfy.
Downside was delivery team. Serious attitude problem and poor communication. Found them extremely rude. I had to ask to take packaging off the feet. They also would not hook up the 2 parts of the sofa which would have taken them 1 second.
