The food was ok , but wont be returning anytime soon

Me and my partner booked a table, we had never been here before so didn't know what to expect. When we walked in it was jam packed and no staff to be found to be seated. We couldn't see 1 table avaliable so we waited at the bar.
There was only 1 member of staff on the bar and it was extremely busy.
We waited long enough at the bar and ended up finding a different place to eat.
I'm not sure how they offer a table booking service online when we couldn't see a table free.
Extremely not happy about this as it's a busy Friday night and we struggled to get anywhere so last minute.
Under New Management. Absolutely amazing service and food was brilliant. will defiantly be returning.
I've eaten with friends at the Oak Apple Worcester many times and every time a young lady Assistant Manager named Sim has given the most superb, professional, and first class service. The food was good too. I do good reviews as well as bad ones. Thank you Sim.
