The Puzzle was an extremely reasonable price along with the shipping, my mother-in-law was more than delighted with it and it even came with a chess piece ornament and personalised message, 10/10 would recommend it!

Excellent price
Excellent price, good gift wrapping for free, quick sending of purchase, good communications.
Minus was long international delivery from Denmark, but from tracking - this was because of DK postoffice (around 2 weeks for package to leave Denmark!).

My first time customer experince was perfect.
First of all Oaken Vault activated payment method that I use just by simple request on chat and it happened in 15min from the contact.
Next when my pre-ordered games delivery was little delayed I got fully detailed information - basically the exact information that Oaken Vault had - about the situation. The time Oaken Vault got this pre-ordered game They shipped it on same day and when the package arrived They had added hand written personal message.
The whole experience and customer communication was top class, polite and I kinda felt having special thretment with the added payment method.

Fair prices. Fast delivery. Cool down-to-earth people when emailing them. A handwritten note in the package and bonus surprises. What's not to like?
This is as close to an online Ma and Pa Shop as you will get.

Like a hidden gem
