My new Brooklyn Oak and Metal sideboard has just been delivered to its new home in Portland, Maine.
What a perfect fit in my dining room. It matches the wood and metal of my dining table and chairs.
I'm so pleased with the sideboard and with everything else about your service and staff.

The delivery was seamless. From the pre-delivery contacts with Ryder, to the calls this morning, to the on-time delivery. The movers were quick and thorough...and every bit of the packing is gone.

Most wonderful about this purchase was working with Halee Bandt! Our phone calls and emails were just right. I so appreciated her thoughtful suggestions and advice. It is clear that she knows her business, how to personally connect, and she cares about her customers. She was an effective delight to work with!

I am extremely impressed with the solid oak Canterbury corner tv stand I purchased from Oak Furnitureland!! The sales person I talked with was very pleasant and helpful. The actual piece of furniture has the exceptional craftmanship I was hoping to find. This is a piece of furniture that will be passed down for generations!!! Could not be happier with my purchase!

Solid wood and excellent sales people and delivery people!

I was pretty disappointed by the fact that the corner was cracked when I received the bookshelf. It wasn’t bad enough to send it back since I had already waited a month for it but I was certainly less than pleased.

Purchased a sideboard. its nice but the delivery drivers opened the box and the left cabinet was cracked. They said that a replacement cover would be delivered in 2 days so I accepted delivery since all my stuff was all over the place in the house. 2 weeks went by and a cover came. there were no predrilled holes for the handles and no indentations on side for hinges. not sure what im supposed to do with that. I wanted to get a desk but now Im not sure. They sent a tech to the house a week later to prep the replacement door and he didn't bring the tools to do the job. Finally on aug 27th they replaced the whole sideboard.

Really good customer service and excellent communication and price

From finding what I wanted by searching their website to the timed delivery the process went quite well. Very satisfied with the product I purchased.

The products were fine, but the company or the shipping company it chose to use lost two of five products along the way and had to locate the items resulting in requiring two separate deliveries.

Absolutely wonderful online shopping experience...at first, a little hesitant with this company because several reviews on the Website from England were a bit negative in regards to the quality and workmanship of their furniture...BUT, we are thrilled with the dresser delivered with exceptional care in packaging and handling, fair prices, excellent Customer Service support leaving nothing to be desired. Would deal with this company again. Retired US NAVY Officer.

My second purchase with Oak Furnitureland and I’m again very satisfied. They’re great!

Salesperson(can't remember her name) was very nice! We bought a tv stand which we're very happy with! Great quality. Great to have free delivery but delivery guys don't open box so if furniture was damaged we'd have to deal with returning it.

The furniture was of excellent quality and the delivery and set-up was fast and efficient. The whole experience was excellent!

The bookshelf is beautiful and well made. It is just as pictured on the website and full of great details and quality craftsmanship. The only negative is the underside of the top of the bookshelf isn't as finished as you would expect given the attention to detail other areas got. I paid for white glove delivery and the gentlemen who brought the book shelf were great, courteous, professional, and friendly. They placed it exactly where I wanted it. Overall very happy and will order again.

The furniture is a beautiful solid sofa table and it was affordable

Love the desk!! only thing I don't like is the drawers are not on rollers! Out of ten I give it a seven.

My overall experience purchasing a Queen (USA) Mango bed was very good. I had a few questions regarding shipping and weight of the bed that weren't addressed on the website and the customer service reps I spoke to were fantastic. Questions answered and and a pleasure to talk to! My bed was delivered a week earlier than expected, two flights up to my flat, no problem. It was easy to assemble and looks beautiful!
