George carried out the valuation with no sales pressure and left me in no doubt that this was the agency I wanted to sell my house. During the sales process Dan took over, and with his professional insight in the property market secured a price that I was happy with. Amy progressed the sale and made sure, with gentle persuasion, that I carried out the steps required. We recently used Oakheart to both sell and buy. Josh was clear and helpful when giving us a figure for our property. The process of putting our property on the market was easy and there were no fees until we sold.

Buying from them was good as well, they knew the property well when we viewed it and answered any questions we asked. When we had our offer accepted and had sold, our sales progressor Annalise kept us in the loop every week and chased both our seller and buyers, which was super helpful and definitely helped things move forward.

Lovely estate agents and great experience with them. We didn't end up buying from them but we did view several properties and every time the estate agent was relaxed, polite and charming. It made for a great experience.

We recently viewed a property with oak heart on our mission to find our second home. We met with many local estate agents through the process and oak heart were by far the best to deal with. Approachable, personable, efficient. Jonny’s communication was second to none. He was great with our young children when we viewed the property and nothing was too much for him. He knew the property very well and could answer any questions we had.

Outstanding agents! I would not use anyone else. Oakheart have been nothing but superb as letting agents for both tenants and landlord. Billy and the rest of the team have bent over backwards to assist us with letting our property and dealing with tenants problems quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they deserve the 5 star, I wish I could give higher.

I would not recommend Oakheart.
Tommy is a great salesman and very charismatic when you first speak to him, but that is where the praise ends.
He first stated that I would only be signed up with Oakheart for 8 weeks, my fault that I took him at his word when the paperwork came over and I did not read fully but he had tied me in for 20 weeks.
This would not have been a problem if the house had sold but it has not, I have had minimal viewings despite lowering the house price to the recommended sale price after discussing with Andrew the Oakheart manager, who himself seems clueless.
When I have ask the minimal viewings that have come round, they have answered that they were pressured to come round and it was not the area they were looking for, a waste of everyone's time.
I am not stating that other estate agents are better but they are definitely not as bad as Oakheart.
Stay Away.
