Brought a big chloe furniture set from the ideal home show back in november and i wanted to put the delivery back until the new year. i got a curtsey call about a week after the show to say thank you for my purchase and someone will be in contact nearer your requested delivery month to advise you of a date and time. I've now changed my mind and have decided that i want the furniture end of january so i called up oakita and asked them if they could try and send it out whenever they could. 2 days later i got a phone call regarding a delivery date and time and i was thrilled at how quick they had processed my delivery. The delivery boys were so lovely and they put it all in my garden for me and set it up so it looked how it was supposed to. i haven't had a chance to put out the cushions yet as the rain in england doesn't stop! But looking out onto my patio with the new furniture on it, it just brightens up my whole garden. Overall so happy with the product and service i have received from them. Thank you

I purchased a small Oak Oxford sideboard a year ago to complete a previous purchase of an Oxford Dining set.
I had previously bought from one of your competitors but regrettably their furniture was not of the quality stated hence the reason for replacing it after only one year. I was initially dubious by your very reasonable prices but upon delivery soon realised I had no reason to be. My furniture has been greatly admired for its exceptional quality and appearance over the last year and I couldn't be happier with it. I was even happier when i recently contacted you as one of the sideboard doors had become too stiff. Without quibble you investigated and sent a replacement door which is perfect. I cannot fault your customer service and after sales care, especially considering it has been a year since my purchase! I would have no hesitation recommending Oakita to anybody. Thank you so much.

Good product and service
Purchased two sets of rattan garden furniture after being let down by another company. Purchased from website unseen as was running out of time for a home wedding. Both sofa sets looked fantastic and needed no construction. Cushions were better quality than from my original shop and the whole lot delivered (on time into the marquee), cost less than from the company that cancelled on me. Only gripe was that it took a while to get through on the phone, but they came back to me within the hour (and it may have been my nerves over getting my situation sorted that made that seem like a long 60 minutes).

After looking around several garden furniture shops last year, I decided to buy from Oakita. I ordered a beautiful set of Rattan comprising of a round garden table and six chairs including cushions. The table has a glass top which is so easy to clean with a soft cloth and windolene. It has been left out in the garden all winter and was still like new this season despite not being covered. The chairs are amazingly comfortable even when I cant be bothered putting the cushions on! I must also say how courteous all the staff are at Oakita, very helpful, polite and efficient. My furniture arrived promptly from the Leighton Buzzard showroom. The choice of furniture there is amazing! Something to suit everyone at very competitive prices. I will most definitely be returning to buy sun loungers and would highly recommend Oakita to everyone! Thank you for my beautiful furniture and for a great buying experience!
worst company ever to deal with
Bought a lounger set with coffee table. Told it would take 6 weeks but arrived minus the coffee table and when I asked they said oh it wasn't part of the deal despite my order and the display saying it did. They knew this but only admitted it on first delivery then took another 8 weeks to get me the table. The weather covers were ripped and eventually replaced weeks later. I did not have one phone call returned and had to do the chasing all by myself. Could have bought same quality for less elsewhere.

We ordered our Provence Dining Table & 8 chairs at the Good Food Show having seen it earlier in the year at the Ideal Home Show, we were advised the table and chairs were made to order so it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery and that we would be called a few days before delivery to arrange. They actually arrived in 5 weeks and we had the call to arrange. The table and chairs are beautiful, we are so pleased with them and they are excellent quality. We would definitely recommend to anyone else.
Worst service ever
Ordered a dining room table, chairs and sideboard. Sideboard had clearly been assembled wrong and reassembled leaving nail holes and splits on back panel, legs to table did not fit top of table and two of the six chairs had minor damage. Called for replacement was told its only the back of the sideboard it doesn't matter, they would send someone to fix the chair and after a debate about me putting the table legs on wrong they finally agreed to send a new table. I specifically told them I needed the table for a set date as we had a big family gathering, they said they would sort. They booked delivery for that day! I grumbled and was told the staff member had gone out of her way to arrange it specifically. I said the table needed to be with us in the morning. At 2pm they turned up with a sideboard! I called on the Monday to complain was told a pregnant staff member made a mistake. Took another two weeks to deliver the table. One the day of delivery it was supposed to be here in the afternoon it arrived at 7pm, there staff were supposed to assemble they didn't as had two more deliveries to do. I waited to hear about the chairs and heard nothing. I have since contacted this company on at least four occasions to complain and then escalate my complaint. They refuse to put my through to a manager and keep saying they will sort but never bother. The worse customer experience ever.
Purchase to delivery in 3 hours!!
Just a bit load of gratitude to the team at Oakita. The process was very slick from start to finish. I bought in the showroom earlier today from a lovely polite man. He arranged the delivery to follow me home, and the 2 delivery lads were lovely also - nothing too much trouble including lifting the large boxes over the fence as they wouldn't go through the house. So impressed. Purchase to enjoyment in the garden in 3 hours.. it doesn't get much better than that.

Dangerous Item - glass can shatter at random
I purchased this table 2 years ago and at the weekend the glass spontaneously shattered into thousands of pieces all over the patio - a dangerous and distressing experience. It was a miracle that my son was not injured. I have contacted Oakita customer services and they have stated that they can not be held responsible for the glass spontaneously breaking 2 years after the original purchase and the implication was that I have damaged it in some way. We did not drop anything on to the table or do anything to damage it - if we had done I would not have used it with my baby for a split second. Further, I don't believe that £595 is an insignificant amount of money to spend in order to expect the product to be in working order 2 years later. Oakita seemed to think it was just fine. I am extremely disappointed by their response and I believe that the product I ordered is not fit for purpose. Please be aware that the glass table top can shatter, solely with exposure to varying temperatures, further that if this happens, it is likely to cause serious injury. In future I will do more research into the thickness of the glass table top prior to purchasing as I believe this may be an issue.

I went to the new showroom in Leighton Buzzard yesterday to buy a set of rattan furniture. I was extremely impressed with the stock available and decided on the special offer set. I asked if it was possible for delivery later that day which they agreed to do free of charge. The delivery was made on time and I was really thrilled with the quality of the furniture for such a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend a visit to their shop and can honestly say they were very helpful.

Awful Customer Service
This company only gets two stars because the product I purchased is good quality however I went through an agonising week thinking this company wasn't legit as I never got a response to any phone messages I left and only after I got my mother in law to leave a potential customer message did we get a response. I didn't get my hours notice for delivery as promised so I could come out of work. I only received only 20 mins so had to inconvenience others to take delivery for me and then not everything was delivered so spent more time sorting that out. This is in their favour as it was sent two days later. I am however still awaiting a call to rectify a weather cover that was delivered and doesn't fit. Despite 3 emails now and pictures sent I have had no response. I am not happy with this companies service and will be making the ideal home exhibition aware of their shoddy customer service. I really think this company should employ more than the one person I seem to think works for them in their office surely it would pay off and they wouldn't get reviews like this
Very, very happy
We were looking at the Valencia dining set in Next Home. We liked the idea that it could seat 10 people but for £1600 the quality was rubbish. I then found this Madrid set by Oakita so did a bit of research and found their only bad reviews involved customer service. Happy to say that the customer service provided by Karolina was just brilliant. Our set was minus one seat cushion. This was replaced after a quick email and delivered two days later. The set itself is just fantastic. Couldn't be happier with it or the service provided by Oakita. I put this review on Amazon too where I purchased the set.
