Excellent Knowledgable Service we bought a Carado Vlow from Oaktree after down sizing our larger Motorhome. Their selection of vans was excellent, all very good examples of looked after vehicles, they seem to be very selective on what they purchase to sell to their customers which gives you the confidence that they know what they are talking about. They allow the time to view as many vans as you like, no pressure, just friendly advice, the most important thing to us that they look after you explain everything and it’s makes you feel that you have picked the right company to purchase from they keep in touch with you and they prepare the vehicle you buy to high standards and it’s a good comprehensive warranty that gives you confidence for the future .

There was no hassle from overzealous salesmen. Once we had found one that we liked we received helpful advice. The handover was extremely thorough and Jason was very helpful and patient.

Had an inverter fitted by Oaktree. Incredibly tidy and professional job, even though the area where it was fitted was very awkward to access.

We recently purchased our first motorhome from Oaktree after 20 years of owning touring caravans. Having read previous good reviews we thought we'd pay Oaktree a visit and were not disappointed. We sold our caravan as I found hooking it up and setting it all up a little bit of a drag.
My wife was thinking of buying a motorhome from a private seller but I myself am a little bit more careful when investing large sums of money so I suggested oaktree motorhomes. I'm so glad I did as we now have peace of mind in our purchase. Brad is a lovely chap who tries his best to help and give you a value for money purchase. Then Jason took over the rest of the sale with a very friendly approach I must say what a smashing man. The team have great knowledge and even better customer service that does not stop after you drive away.
Jason was so kind he gave me his number incase I get stuck at any time....amazing ! I feel I will now be a customer for the long term as I'm very impressed. My advise if your unsure but love the thought of a motor home go to see Brad or Jason we're you will have the safety of professionals.

We visited Oaktree to sell our Motorhome as we were moving to a caravan. We were given a quote over the phone and within 20 - 30 minutes from arriving at their site the money was in our account. No quibble we got what we were told it was so quick and seamless.
We have also been on the other end as we bought our first motorhome from Oaktree. They were very helpful and did a fantastic handover with us.
Can't fault this firm at all and it has been a pleasure to deal with them again.

Our experience with Oaktree Motorhomes was excellent because they have a very good range of motorhomes and campervans at very competative prices. The vehicles are presented in very good condition, unlike many dealers we visited. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly, Jason the salesman in particular answered all our questions and met our additional requirements without any fuss and without exerting any pressure on us at all, he inspired confidence in us in what can be a very daunting experience. Additionally , upon collecting our motorhome Jason provided a very thorough hanover of the vehicle, inside, outside and under the bonnet, he also suggested we video this process to allow us watch it back in our own time. We would definately recommend anyone looking to buy a motorhome or camprrvan to visit Oaktree.

From start to finish the service was great on our new Motorhome purchase. We traveled over 2 hours at short notice to see a MH we really wanted and couldn't view any other time. Andy Vinson agreed to stay late on a Saturday to ensure we could view it and have enough time to see the van in peace with no pressure, going above and beyond. The MH was prepared to a high standard and a few items that were found not to be working were replaced with new. They even took the MH to get a manufacturer recall done so it was right for our collection. Good hand over and we were able to chat to all of the team that worked on the vehicle which I really liked and gave us a better understanding. They made the purchase of a high value item very easy and straight forward, and I am not easily impressed.

Just purchased our first motorhome from Oaktree. Lots of models and different layouts to choose from. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Phil was our salesman who couldn’t do enough. They fitted a new cam belt, taxed and MOT’d it and also provided three years warranty. After our first trip this weekend we noticed some of the internal under shelf lights were not working but I’m sure it will be sorted when we make Phil aware, One of the reasons we purchased from here was the great reviews about after care which means a lot with a ten year old vehicle.

A total newbie to proud owner! I had been following Motorhome second hand market via the internet for months and at the end of June I visited Oak Tree and was impressed by the whole experience. Andy Vinson guided me the whole way through the purchasing process and no question was too stupid and he replied very swiftly to email correspondence. I am sure I still have a lot more to learn, but my 'Early Years Foundation Stage' were in very safe hands.

We collected our first Campervan today and we are extremely happy with the service from Oaktree. In particular Andy who guided us through the process of our purchase efficiently and gave us a clear concise run down how everything worked.

Myself and my partner visited Oaktree to be greeted by friendly staff and a well presented reception area. On enquiry we were instantly invited to take ourselves to the motorhome we liked and was offered to spend as much time as we wished without salespeople in sight.
Eventually we were greeted by Jason who had a good knowledge base and was very helpful in answering questions to our extensive list of enquiries.
At no point were there any hard sell tactics (which instantly puts me off) and the visit paid off in us purchasing a vehicle.
The process was pretty seamless and all of the staff were pleasant throughout.
Further to taking the vehicle on a short break there were some small issues on the van that required repair and upon ringing Oaktree, the vehicle was booked in for remedial work to take place, this was without question and the concerns that were raised were all replaced or repaired. This was particularly endearing in terms of the after purchase service that we received.
Thanks to all at Oaktree particularly Jason who predominantly overseen the purchase, also the staff who conducted the repairs who kept me up to date throughout that particular process.

Went into the office to get some advice about my rear view camera. Dave was very helpful, really impressed with his knowledge and advice. Much appreciated Dave, keep up the great work.
