Atrocious after sales service

I purchased a Robens tent only to discover that it wasn't supplied with any of the poles or pegs.
After the outlet I bought it from offered no support I contacted Robens directly via their contact form no less than three times and have yet to receive a response.
I should add that I used the contact form after numerous failed attempts at reaching them by phone.
I am shocked at the lack of customer service from Robens. When you pay for a premium brand you expect a premium after sales service but so far Robens have failed to live up to their reputation as reputable company.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Takes in excess of 3 days to answer existing complaints.ignores what is written. Impossible to get someone on phone.

I had the misfortune of buying a tent from a retailer who went out of business while my product was still inn warranty. Impossible to deal with.

Great products

I've tried all 3 of their brands (Robens, Outwell & Easy Camp) - and they are all in a really good quality.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy their products again.

Consumerism at its worst! Do not support this.

Bought a tent from this manufacturer which turned out not to be able to keep the water out - probably due to errors in the sewing at the zipper.
Before they can process my complaint that say that I need to cut my tent to pieces and send a picture to them? Immediately some of the most absurd I've heard! (They may think I am trying to trick them by wanting two tents…?)

I proposed the following alternatives:
#1 Posting a selfie of me putting the tent in a red-cross container?
#2 Giving it to a family (who may not have the money) but would love a tent for their kids on sunny days without rain
#3 Or make Oase Outdoor take the tent back, and use this to learn and optimize their flawed design?
I got a NO to all alternatives.

Destroying stuff that works 80% is just consurism at its worst. I do not recommended this company for their product , services and values. Instead make you business with a company with a higher green profile.
