We had to change our delivery timeline for our tent and camping equipment and Outwell Customer Service were fantastic, very responsive and also helpful in getting messages to the delivery company.

Brilliant service! I took photos of my broken tent pole and uploaded it to the website along with a barcode as instructed and received a quick response and option to purchase. Delivery was also super quick so we are ready for the season! Thank you

Well tracked efficient servicepossibly all the way from Europe. The folding camp chair (Outwell folding furniture campi XL) is comfortable spacious and strongly built ideal for keeping in the car.

I have not received my package. No delivery note. No proof of delivery.

Update: I had no idea which courier was delivering my package at the time I wrote my review. I didn’t know that RM parcels had attempted a delivery, as they didn’t leave a delivery note through my door to say they had been. So I really think the one star should be aimed at Royal Mail Parcels. Not Outwell.

Good tracking information

We liked the Back Road tent and was easy to assemble. The only issue is that it did not fit the awning on our camper van. The web page mention that it fits our type of awning. But it did not fit and was too short on both sides of the tent. We contacted Out Well Company but didn't receive a positive reply. I would suggest that the company ask the customers to measure there awning before placing orders

Customer service was great in finding the product that I needed. Was dispatched very quickly but took a long time to come.

I still haven’t received my purchase so can’t very well review your service and my experience!!

Delivered what I ordered no probs but order tracking was useless

After 1 years heavy use, my cool box DC lead gave up the ghost. Being able to purchase a replacement lead has saved me a fortune and far better for the environment as I can carry on using the cool box rather than bin it and buy another one.

Outwell are a great company to deal with. I bought a Denver 5 tent to replace a Virginia 5 tent, both poled. The Virginia 5 lasted for about 13 years and was a great tent, I haven't used the Denver yet but it looks awesome. I had couple of questions and had a prompt reply to both. Also free shipping to the UK on purchase over £600. Thanks Outwell, you and your products are excellent.

I researched the market and concluded that the ECOcool looked to be the best in it's class. It is well made and cooled down to 1°C in a central heated room. On top of that I got a super discount.
