Shocking experience
Me and my girlfriend where shocked on 8th of may.
The whole Organisation was horrible.
- Pick up:
More than 1 hour later as announced and this with increased price for pickup directly on hotel. Was also first at wrong hotel.
Surcharge due to hotel location although then drove in the same direction to other hotels and we were the first to be picked up.
- Drive to Desert:
Was okay. Driver (Amir) was friendly and kind!
Drive through desert:
Around 5-10 minutes (less than expected)
Desert Camp:
After got asked to upgrade to vip status, we were alone and every minute someone came and wanted to sell us any goods.
The food itself was very bad, as I and my girlfriend got instant stomach problems till early next day in the morning.
We want a refund!

Booking was done through my girlfriends (Ms. Sandra L.) credit card
NO ONE IS REPLYING TO US! We used several methods to get in touch with them!
