It was an excellent survey and completed promptly. We chose the higher price and I considered it well worth it. I was very impressed with the level of detail, the scope of coverage and the use of photographs as evidence of points raised, including drone footage of the roof.

The most useful aspect for me of the survey was that it gave me the clarity to make a decision about the property that I trusted. It broadened and balanced my perspective. My initial appeal of the charm and beauty of the house became offset by an awareness of the level of financial, emotional and time commitments that it would need, along with an awareness of potential problems. I also shared it with friends and family and gained their views too. On that basis of the survey, I didn't take it but I felt confident I'd made the right decision and was happy with that.

Would highly recommend Peter - he carried out a very comprehensive survey for us, which went into plenty of detail & included pictures of exterior and interior of the house. After receiving the survey we had a couple of questions about issues he’d picked up with the property and he came back to us v quickly - at the weekend - to talk them through. Top service!

Highly recommend. Peter was quick to answer my initial queries, he spoke directly to the agent and organised the survey within a few days notice. The report was issued within the week of initial contact. It was well laid out, had pictures identifying the issues as well as the severity of the issue. I will certainly use again so thank you.
