Be very careful with this company, they are scammers. They provided a tool for my car that didn’t work. They agreed to give me a refund, all sent back everything in the box as requested they first claimed that the finance department were off work and needed time to review it.
The second excuse was that they were now on Chinese New Year and no one was at work.
Then after that, they came up with another excuse that they can’t refund it because they can’t find the parcel. Although Royal mail had proof it had been delivered. They then stopped all contact and I’ve now lost out on £220 and I’m having to go through a small claims court to receive my money.
Do not use this company. They are all Chinese and you will not get a refund or any communication.

Completely useless. I bought a tool from them that was advertised as UK stock, it wasn't I had to wait for it to come from China. It was advertised as having 3 discs in the package, there were non. When I asked about them, they said we don't give discs with it any more. So I went to there site to download the software's from there links, surprise surprise, the links are dead. I complained about this so they Emailed me some more links, these too were dead. complain again. They then sent me some more links that lead to a Chinese site all in Chinese of coarse. With translator on I could then at least find the correct download button that then opens a download program called Baidu which is all in Chinese & cant be translated (at least not that I could find). They then wanted me to install TeamViewer so they could get into my PC and download it for me. I was sceptical but tried and my ISP refused any acces to the TeamViewer site at all.
I GIVE UP.

Their website update from obd2tool to obd2shop, I already bought over 10 products, no problem at all! Highly recommend!

Never received item , and was ignored when tried to contact.. Skype,Email,Paypal , Online chat ..

thanks that i used paypal and they got me money , but wasted more then a month to get money.

They deliver fast. Aftersale is good. The products they send are excellent quality. I would recommend this company to every one.

Was looking for a way to scan through OBD my car from 1998. Elyza responded very well and accurate on my email, explaining everything. Although I placed 2 orders seperate, both orders were send together and without any problem through the suggested transporter. No import duities, no extra cost and still within 2 weeks with my. Impressive ! The Tech2 clone I bought works very well

Really happy with the level of service they provide timezone can be a little awkward but nothing to worry about they always come up on top and always get the matter resolved strongly recommend to anyone with any doubt

I've been using obd2tool.co.uk for several years now and have been really happy with my products even though they are really hard to get software loaded, but that's where Elyza comes in a really helpful and informative person had a few problems along the way but you can always count on Elyza being there to help and support you along the way.
