Another delivery FROM OBD365, DHL was a bit slow this time but the parcel got to my country safely. Joyce was always updating me and assuring me that I need not to panic. Wanted to try another alternative supplier but thought about our long standing relationship and did the correct thing.I will always put my trust in OBD365 with Auto Diagnostics tools.

obdii365.com Is a company with zero knowledge about the equipment they sell. they are just interested in making money but don’t have a passion for these product. Don’t buy from them.

Do not buy from OBDII365.com, the new named company vxdas.com, or any company located in the city of Shenzhen in Mainland China selling vehicle interface modules. OBDII365.com sold me partially working ICOM module. I purchased an ICOM NEXT April 2019, which had a defective USB port. No 5 volts on the USB interface, therefore the ICOM's USB port cannot power on the MOST interface module (a fiber optic transceiver) that provides interface to the vehicle's MOST fiber optic bus. After many emails back and forth providing videos and pictures to "prove" the USB port is defective. OBDII365.com was trying to say my problem was software related, when I can successfully connect to several BMWs vehicles and update all other ECU module's firmware accessible via the OBD2 interface port (not on the MOST bus). I also provided information about the ICOM NEXT recall with defective USB port and power issues. I shipped it back to China to get replaced in OCT 2019. (2) Months later, OBDII365.com returned the same broken module stating it had been repaired. After more emails, videos and pictures, OBDII365.com agreed to replace the ICOM NEXT. I shipped it back in JAN 2020. Joyce states the module has been repaired, and I asked to ensure they fixed the USB to ensure it has 5 volts. Then Joyce states, oh our ICOM NEXT doesn't work with MOST. REALLY?? What OBDII365.com is really saying = "We don't have a good working ICOM Next, and we cannot fix your ICOM Next." All lies, OBDII365.com never repaired my ICOM. Do not buy from any Chinese company selling automotive interface modules and tools!
