We have sent your order 3 times and each time it was delivered to the address you provided. As a kind will gesture we decided to give you a refund through paypal which paypal says you have recieved and thata why you cant open a dispute on paypal as the money as already been refunded.

Was very disappointed to have emails from your delivery service giving me a day they would deliver UPS . Had taken a day off work to receive item only to be told it had been delivered to a newsagents from me to collect so charging me a delivery fee is some what unjustified

I will investigate why ups has then decided to drop it of at a local shop and have you collect it. Not acceptable at all.

I had some questions re shipping rates and had the delight to deal with Colin who has been an absolute Legend to deal with: he responded in a very human way as in connecting with the customer (me) and responding to the banter of my emails. I WOULD 100% recommend.

Where did my order go??
Order placed, money paid.
Three days later the order is cancelled. No message, no explanation, no communication.
Thankfully, the money was refunded so not all bad. But really dreadful service.

On 17/02/21 received email stating they were currently in back log due to bad weather conditions. 21/02/21 received E-mail stating parts were ready for dispatch. no tracking number issued. still waiting for this delivery to arrive (11/03/21) website still states the same thing ready for dispatch 21/02/21. Tried calling but can't speak to anyone. Good products poor customer service

Firstly I am so so sorry you have not recieved your order which was placed on 10/2/2021, sadly today is the first of us hearing about this. Once we recieved your email we contacted the carrier and they are looking into why its not been delivered or why its not showing on the tracking.
In the meantime so you are not waiting any longer we are going to send the order out again today for deliver Monday by 10am.
As this is the first of us knowing about this I am deeply deeply sorry about this and will ensure your new order is with you Monday morning without fail.
