Reasonably good product. Shame I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered 2 x big rolls and received 6x small ones. Tried calling at 9.35am as soon as they arrived and received no response, left a message, and still waiting. Not a problem, what I orders was just 83p more expensive, no big deal, just wanted to inform OCC

Contacted OCC about my delivery after buying their products and unfortunately they were damaged, but this issue was quickly resolved the following week by a member of their team 'Colin'. Fantastic customer service, really helpful and solved all the problems, will definitely be ordering from them as their products are great and their service is lovely.

Got there in the end. Many thanks.
Placed an order at the beginning of April which ran into all sorts of problems with the couriers.
It did take far longer than anticipated to get the goods because the courier kept taking the packages back nd also delivering with half the contents missing and disintegrated packaging.
Luckily, its not the courier ACP i am reviewing.
Whilst this was a problematic order, i do understand mistakes can happen and the important part is how that is dealt with.
Im pleased to say i did get all the goods and think OCC resolved all my concerns admirably to get the 5 star awarded.

I understand you had a few issues and am happy its been resolved and you havent marked us down for the shipping companies error.
I wont lie we have 100% been alot slower than normal to get orders out or email back cstomers however this is due to the current situation and the reduced numbers in staff.
