Very professional company
Ocean First Marine were cheaper than any other retailer for the particular boat I wanted. Their delivery was also free , which isn't usually the case to Northern Ireland and the courier service was excellent. Very professional and helpful throughout. Won't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered from the website and it allowed me to pay (over £600) and told me the order was being processed. Days later after a chase I was told they were out of stock and the product wouldn't be back in at the earliest until February 22. Obviously not their fault re availability,and I was refunded. Frustrating though.

Not in stock
I ordered online and apparently the Item advertised was not in stock, something which I was not informed of until after I had paid and waited for a day or so to find out and then a bit longer for the refund. It would be helpful if Ocean First could instal an ordering system which would not accept orders and payment for items not in stock (like some of their competitors)

It’s been a particularly challenging year in terms of stock availability with demand consistently outstripping supply which has at times caught us out. The item we ordered was out of stock but the company sorted it out very quickly and delivery was on time. 3D superlight 230 appears really good and true to its name very light. It also appears to be very robust and well designed, but time will tell. So far very happy with purchase
