Great service from Simon, but would be useful if the website didn't show out-of-stock items!
Unfortunately the size of tender I ordered was out of stock. Simon got back to me really quickly and was very responsive discussing the other options available that would hit the deadline I had (as well as taking the time to explain the delivery situation with that brand). Once I'd decided I would go slightly smaller, it was dispatched and a refund issued the same day. Excellent service.
