I don’t normally order furniture without seeing it in person. That was not necessary with Oceanic Teak Furniture. The product was exactly as shown on their website. The staff were easy to work with and the price and free shippingwas outstanding. We love the teal furniture and look forward to using it for many, many years to come. The furniture was delayed a bit but still made it before our party so all is well. Customer service was truthful and never mislead me. Always polite and helpful. Patio set is amassing and pillows are very plush

Only a couple of issues with shipping and two bolts that did not fit correctly. Paul was very responsive and I feel good about the purchase. The assembly went easily and the mortise and tenon construction fit well. Just remember that teak is dense, and therefore, heavy. Table looks nice, as do the chairs. So far all is good...the new bolts should be here soon.

It’s made of very nice wood. It’s cushions are to hard and the backs of both chairs and love seat are to straight. It’s really like a bench that you added cushions too it. Very uncomfortable. To hard to take apart repack and send back. Table is the best part. Cannot use and still need a seating area.

Nice bench easy to assemble. Only thing confusing was it has 4 screws and says to screw underneath into predrilled holes, couldn’t find the holes!

WE USED TEAK BENCHES AS SEATING ON A FERRY BOAT REBUILD. WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND A GREAT LOOK. HAVE A FEW LEFT OVER AND LOOK GREAT AT THE MARINA.

The furniture looks good, as does the quality. It arrived a couple of weeks ago so not had time to really test it yet.
I was disappointed by the customer service provided. The delivery time scale was no where near as quick as advertised. I queried this with the company, when I eventually managed to talk to someone, the response was unhelpful. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I have been searching for a teak table and chairs for many weeks and came across the website. Called and got answered to my questions right away. the delivery came fast and very well packaged. amazing what you can put in such tight package. Easy to put together and looking great. Very pleased thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent overall but the screws were very awkward to install.

I placed an order in mid-August and still have not received it. But my credit was charged! I have repeatedly tried to contact the company but haven’t received any replies. I will probably need to file a dispute with my credit card. Very frustrating experience.
