Beautiful well made outdoor dining set

Excellent furniture, very heavy, pretty good pricing on everything. Had an issue with broken chair and great customer service immediately remedied the situation with another chair within two days. Oiled the entire set, looks beautiful on the new deck. Already placed a second order for more.

Packed Very Well.
The items were packed as to avoid damage during shipment and they arrived in pristine condition. Very solid chairs. Table and chairs look great. I have a lot of teak furniture and this is the first time I've ordered from Oceanic and I am very pleased with the quality.

I ordered two chaise chairs and cushions. The chaises arrived quickly and in great shape. They are solid and well constructed. The cushions are thick and comfortable.

One of the major oval slots was off a little over a quarter of an inch so I had to "ream" it out to get it to fit. Then the screw slot did not match so I had to go buy some wooden screws. The first one snapped since it caught on the metal slot for the machine screw so I have to drill another hole/slot and use the other screw I purchased to help keep the arm side safely attached. Other than that, the bench was as I expected.

Great product, excellent communication with company and shipper. Arrived will packaged on a pallet, easy to assemble. Looks wonderful and is very well made. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Our furniture arrived yesterday. Honestly, it all seemed too good to be true but it wasn’t. This is my experience: My wife and I fell in love with a friend’s teak patio furniture. In general, teak was above our price point until we found Oceanic. We found a set we liked on a major sale and we were about to buy it until we checked their clearance items and saw the same set including free cushions and an umbrella. We then compared prices with countless other websites. We then checked reviews online and found mostly 5 star experiences. We wondered where was the “catch?” Was it the quality? The shipping? We placed our order on a Thursday and it was loaded into a truck in FL on Friday and delivered to our house in NY on Wednesday! 6 days from purchase to actually using it! Unreal. It was carefully packed and no damage occurred. The quality is outstanding for the price. We are amazed and find the whole experience almost unbelievable. We will certainly buy additional items from Oceanic in the future. I have only one very minor personal critique - our Pacific chairs are not the most comfortable teak chairs I’ve sat in. They seem slightly too upright in my opinion, however they are very well made and totally fine to sit and eat and talk in. The wood and joints are hefty and strong yet its not made to be too heavy that you can’t easily move them. The table is beautiful and the fold away leaf is fantastic. Great value. 5 stars!!!!!

Product is great and customer service just as good! We have been using our sofa and 2 club chairs for 2 years and they are wonderful. Everything arrived on time and as pictured on web site. When I called about adding an item to my order, an actual person answered immediately and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have washed the cushion covers and dried them at home and they still fit perfectly. Friends ask where we bought this furniture and I happily refer them to Oceanic Teak Furniture. I did a lot of research before buying this furniture and I chose the best! Very satisfied! Great value for the price and wears well.

Great products and phenomenal customer service. We purchased a 67-inch table with 6 Atlantic armchairs from Oceanic Teak, and are absolutely thrilled with them. The quality is excellent, and delivery was very prompt. We were having some difficulty in deciding which style of armchair to purchase, and received several quick emails back from Paul at Oceanic, who patiently answered all our questions, which helped us to make our final decision. We are usually hesitant to purchase items online, and prefer visiting a showroom. However, Paul’s personal attention made the experience very pleasant. We highly recommend Oceanic Teak.
