Oceanic Teak Furniture Reviews 

When I purchased my first table from Oceanic the owners patiently, professionally, and promptly answered all my questions about how best to treat it to preserve the original color. And when I had an issue with one of their products, they replaced it immediately. When one buys anything from an unknown and unseen merchant on the internet there is always a risk. I can assure anyone considering doing business with Oceanic, they can do so confidently. Oceanic is a great company.

Arrived in a timely fashion. Not exactly as pictured in the advertisement but a well built furniture grade product.

Beautiful piece! Fairly easy to put together. The knobs needed to be glued on with wood glue as the screws were not holding. Love the size and inside shelf.

The shipping company was horrible with their communications and lack of communications. Our shipment was delayed for 4 days and would have taken longer had not Oceanic stepped up and made “things happen”. We are so happy with our chairs and Oceanic!

Good experience dealing with Oceanic, they responded quickly to a request for a quote, gave accurate delivery estimates, and processed the order without hiccups.
Furniture was nicely and tightly packaged for shipping, no damage in transit, shippers called to set a delivery appointment, all good.
Chairs and tables require some basic assembly, parts are individually marked so you just need to pay attention and everything will go together well.
Tables are solid and stable, chairs even more, and everything looks great.

Small technical note: on both tables, they used bolts to drive the threaded studs into the legs, then left the bolts there. You're supposed to use other bolts (provided) to secure the legs to the table. I personally removed the bolts they left on the studs, as in some cases they were touching the wood and preventing the leg from aligning properly. Difficult to explain, but you will understand when you see it.

Great order and delivery process. Base of table came cracked and 6 inch long piece sort of sheered off. I reattached it through epoxy but it’s now discolored. Not the end of the world but since you are asking!

My wife and I love our set. It was easy to put together. We were missing some hardware for our table, and one of the chairs had a split. These were replaced promptly. Excellent communication and customer service.

We purchased the 95" oval table & 8 Java armchair set. We're very pleased with our purchase! This furniture is very sturdy (no more chairs blowing off my porch in the wind). Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Assembly was quite simple. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable teak set.

We just received our delivery the other day. It came quickly and was packaged well. The instructions were very easy to follow. Make sure you have a rubber mallet to help put it together.
The furniture is so pretty. We can’t wait to use it when the weather warms up!!!!!

The table is just as noted in specifications. We’ve had our table for 5 months and it is getting eaten by wasps. Our kids cannot go out on the deck, let alone sit at the table. I’m disappointed that there are no warnings and suggestions to seal because of this reason. This is a huge, huge negative.
