Do not buy from this company. Ordered two products. Not delivered within the 3-10 days, no explanation as to why. Contacted customer services, promised a new delivery period. Still no products arrived, still no explanation. Now waiting for my refund to be 'processed' but, reading other reviews here, not holding much hope that I'll receive it. Next stop credit card reclaim and trading standards. Avoid Ocean Lighting.

DO NOT ORDER FROM OCEAN LIGHTING
Ordered the light on September 11th and got an email confirming 3-10 working day delivery time. By October 19th, after 4 chasing emails and 2 phone calls Ocean Lighting apologised and said the light would be delivered the following week. By November 3rd, the light had still not been delivered so I requested a refund. This took 3 working days to acknowledge and to date it has been over 3 weeks; and I have been informed today the refund hasn't even been processed yet. Massive waste of time and effort chasing it up repeatedly with customer service. I have now ordered an alternative light from a different supplier.

Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered lights in August and website said delivery 5-10 working days. Fast forward 2 months and still no lights! Apparently problem with courier, this was never communicated until I chased. Customer service takes days to respond. They promise delivery then nothing arrives, this went in for weeks! Now I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. Terrible company would never use again.

Placed my order on the 1st Nov, received confirmation that delivery will be within 10 working days fair enough.
By the 15th Nov I became concerned, called customer services -voicemail
16th Nov - called again and Voicemail
17th Nov - called again and another waited voicemail message
17th Nov -emailed back the initial email from 2nd Nov asking for someone to update me
£237.80 taken from my account very easily by Ocean but no update or lighting supplied.
Poor customer experience and patient Ila loss of money.
Please update me and show me you cam resolve this reasonably.

1st December and still no delivery off my lamps. I can’t believe they are still selling them on the website as available.

Ordered 2 table lamps in Aug 2023, well that was a mistake
UPDATE : I contacted my bank as had paid by debit card. Took 2 months but they got a refund finally in March. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY KEEP YOUR MONEY, they will not refund you by choice.
Ordered 2 table lamps in Aug 2023. Not received despite emailing several times and eventually receiving emails to advise supplier was struggling with delivery, the item out of stock, then back in stock but going through Quality check. Have asked for a refund but no response. Should I go to trading standards as there does seem a lot of similar experiences.
Promised a refund by Connor, not received and emails unanswered. This is not fair and I am considering taking legal advice.

Well Connor sent me an email with a screen shot of an authorised refund made on 12th January so it is now my banks fault I haven’t got it. The screen shot could be from anywhere so I have passed the whole dreadful saga over to my bank to take action. I am all for supporting our local business but this company is dreadful. I can’t afford to lose this money, they are fraudsters.
Had to provide loads of info to my bank to log a claim. . Connor sent a screen shot of my refund which I forwarded to them. The bank now say the claim is now with the seller for review!!!!!! how do these companies get away with this ????

Ordered £278 of lighting shades on 21/8/2023, still not had a delivery. Payment went out of my account the same day. After numerous emails to Conner with no positive reaction I requested a refund on 24/10/2023. I was told it would take 7 - 14 working days for the refund to be completed. It is now 17 working days and no sign of a refund. I phoned the company today but no one answered the phone. Do not use this company!

Ocean went out of their way to try and find a lamp which had been discontinued. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, but they did offer credible alternatives. One of which I bought and have just received and am very pleased with.
Their communication and customer service are second to none, and I won't hesitate to recommend them in the future. Thankyou Ocean Lighting.
Still waiting for a refund on an order…
Still waiting for a refund on an order placed in August 2023 which didn't arrive in time for the work being done in October. I have chased a number of times and have been given excuses about delays and hold-ups and teams covering other teams. I'd urge caution in ordering here as I think the company must be in financial trouble.

Ordered lights on the 9th October, these never arrived. Communication with this company is impossible, they do not answer the phones. I have asked for a refund by email 3 times and still have no refund. I have now had to hand over to the bank to peruse. Avoid
Beautiful ceiling lights
I purchased two ceiling lights from this company back in July of this year. There were some negative reviews about this company, and I became a bit concerned as I had not read any of the reviews beforehand, and there was a bit of a delay in me receiving my order, and this was my first time ordering from this company. I contacted the company and spoke with Connor, a very pleasant young man, and he said there was a slight delay, but the items would be delivered within 2 to 3 days, which they were.
But I can honestly say that any concerns I had were quashed when I received my items. I was very impressed with the packaging and the lights were beautiful and they looked even better than on the website. There were even cotton gloves in the box, so you could handle the crystal shades with care. I was so impressed with the lights that I went ahead and ordered another two lights in October, but with five shades for my living room. And again, they came beautifully packaged with gloves in the box. I would definitely recommend Ocean Lighting. The only downside is that you may have to wait a while for your order. But, if you are not in a hurry, then that should not be a problem. I have given them 5 stars not only for the lights I purchased but also for the excellent customer care I received.

This business operates like a scam. Placed an order for a light more than 2 months ago. The trickle of emails received is merely to string you on. There is no stock. There is no product. There are too many 5 star fake reviews so please do not get caught buying from them as they do not refund.

Ordered a mirror with them, waited for a month and didn't even get an email confirming dispatch. After a month I asked them to cancel the order and refund the payment and I am still waiting to get my money back(2 months since I ordered the item, and numerous back and forths to get my money back).
AVOID - the only thing you will get from them is stress!
I ordered 2x wall lights two months ago and still no delivery! I ordered them on 8th September, they were in stock and delivery should have been within 3-7 working days. I contacted them on 7th October and they advised it would be a further 3-7 working days as coming directly from the manufacturer. A month later a still no sign of them, I will be making a claim on my credit card to get my money back.
