Had a problem with bracelet but after getting in touch it was sorted out immediately another one was delivered straight away without any fuss! Very pleased with the jewellery I ordered and will b e using this company again.

I ordered two bracelets and two charms from Ocean Native and I absolutely love them. From the moment the package arrived, everything felt thoughtfully done. Amazing customer service and beautiful jewellery!

Bought the Stay wild T Bar and a few other pieces for myself at Christmas. Love that I can wear them all the time and not worry about tarnishing or discolouring. There was a little piece that broke on the chain and emailed the Ocean Native team expecting a repair. The next morning when I had opened my email they had despatched a completely new necklace!
Unreal customer service from a small company and encourages me to buy more pieces from them in future too!
