A complete rip off, clients trying to get sober and end up paying a fortune for half decent food (myself and fellow residents) came down with food poisoning, half arsed staff and non qualified staff, no facilities or access to any decent outside gym etc, how they get away with it is beyond me

The service received from the team on the ground at the Blackpool centre I can't complain about, however the problem lies with management who tailer different prices to different people. To this day I'm still owed over £1000
