Good package and follow up
The packaging for transporting the jellyfish was very well done. Before shipment, we received sufficient instructions that allowed us to make good preparations. Both the jellyfish and the water they were contained in were in healthy condition. Thank you to your company and team for providing such excellent quality.

Jellyfish. Now it’s possible to have at home
This is for me a new experience. Never seen before an aquarium with jellies at home. Thank to Oceans Clouds this can be possible. I bought the 016 kit, Adam and is colleague send me all the accessories and instruction to start the aquarium. Adam is available for any request or question, always kindly and very professional. The jellies I ordered arrived at my home in 24h with express delivery. In few words customer service at the best, vey high standard. I will recommended Oceans cloud for his very professional attitude with the customer.
